Subway — Restaurant in Belfast

No communication whatsoever. Will not answer the phone to quickly resolve an issue when I just want to solve an issue and it's making me incredibly anxious because I only wanted a refund for the cookies and now deliveroo is talking about food poisoning. The food was perfectly safe I just got something with lactose when I can't tolerate lactose! That's all but they won't answer my calls so I can solve the problem with them?? why? They have completely watered down all the sauces in here to the point where you can’t even taste the sauce at all. I got southwest which is normally the best part of a subway but it was so watery and flavourless it made the sandwich so unenjoyable. My partner got southwest and bbq and it was tasteless also. Don’t know why companies cheap out on things like this to save a few pounds. Wouldn’t be ordering from here again...
