B My Chip — Restaurant in Birmingham

Very disappointing, ordered via Just Eat, after waiting an hour called restaurant who said Just Eat has taken them offline so went to the restaurant to find out what was happening, manager very unhelpful and said he just wanted customer in the shop not bothered by online orders, so I ordered food again £14.50 ( just eat had charged me £22.80) as I arrived home just eat arrived at the house with my order, driver said he saw me in restaurant having given them my order number earlier you would have thought they might have realised they were dealing with the same order twice. OLD REVIEW FROM 2021, READ TO SEE NEW ONE. The staff was friendly, i went there to get my lunch, 5 minutes wait to get my food. Let me start off with the chips, the chips were barely ok and it was greasy, all I could taste was oil. I had to stop eating halfway because I was starting to feel aibit sick. The Chicken was OK although some parts of it tasted abit old, like it was reheated from overnight. The verdict is a 3/5 stars due to the chips being dissapointing. Will I go there again? Maybe, maybe not. EDIT 7/3/23: It seems like this place has new management, food tastes better, I like to see improvements; rating has been upgraded to 4.5 stars! Would go here...

Soggy burnt over cooked greasy chips! Go here for all our chip shop dinners But was very dissapointed to see the chips have changed to some awful brown/burnt looking things that taste nothing like they did a few weeks ago. Something has changed from the award winning chippy it used to be. We even wait in the long queues to make sure we get decent chips over our local choppy. I guess we won't be travelling the extra distance anymore. Bring back the nice crisp perfectly cooked chips we know and love. Sorry one customer lost and I'm sure more...
