Caspian Pizza Aston — Restaurant in Birmingham

The other day I ordered an extra large pizza and two cheese burger meals to pick up along the way. As I reached the place my order was ready to take away but the person who I was served by didn’t ask if I wanted anything on all my burger meal fries, hence I pointed it out beforehand he could leave by asking ‘is there sauce on every single one of the fries that came with all the burger meals as I requested over the phone’ and the male staff member answered me saying “yes they’re all there they way you asked”. As soon as I reached home I opened up my order and found that none of the burger meals had no sauce or mayonnaise on them, which to me seems like a pretty standard procedure for the staff to ask if I’d like anything on the chips or to double check the order before handing it to me. Plus this is not the first time this has happened, because recently I ordered a pick up order of chicken nuggets with fries on the side and when I took my food home, all the nuggets were dry and burnt from the outside as well as the within and the fries were undercooked and not crispy enough, it tasted soggy to be brutally honest. It tasted bland and not fried well enough. Ordered delivery after receiving menu in my letterbox. Phone manner ok but could've been just a touch better. Fast service. Lovely delivery driver. Very pleasant. Food however. What a shame. As soon as I pulled the luke warm pizza slice off I could tell the dough was not cooked right through. The base dough was to thick coupled with being partly raw it made an unusually heavy slice. Another 3-4 minutes perfect. I thought about putting it in the oven but I hadn't payed £13 plus £2 tip to the driver it shouldn't need extra time and I'm paying for them to make sure my food is cooked. I didn't even open the chips. By this time the leaflet said 11pm delivery over so I waited till the next day. When I called he was very polite, never felt any kind of negativity. Normally order from the West Bromwich branch. Placed our order online, somehow it went through to the Aston branch instead. Rang up immediately to cancel the order and said I would replace with the West Brom branch. Guy on the phone insisted he would still be able to get the order to us with in the same half an hour time frame. Firstly the order took 70 minutes to arrive, chicken burgers were SHOCKING! £3.50 for a tiny piece off fried chicken steak which was over done, dry and tasteless, this was accompanied with 3 strings off lettuce which I’m assuming was the ‘salad’ option that was ticked when ordering. I asked for the pizza to be 1/3 of jalapeños and chillies, the whole pizza came with chillies so half off us could not eat it. It was over cooked, very dark in colour and had no pepperoni on it even though we ordered the caspian special.
