Wow! what an experience. I normally don't like attending places like these as often over hyped but went in today with family and have to say it was truly an amazing service. First impressions, the place was super clean and warm. Was welcomed so nicely and was made very comfortable. Then the menu was long but it was very easy to navigate. Used my QR code to scan code on table. Once ready to order, went over and met a really friendly cashier. (she was wearing red lipstick today) didn't catch her name and she took our order. She gave the best customer service. Can not fault her. Food was bought over by a really nice guy. Again I didn't catch the name. He may have been Arab. He was very friendly and made our stay just even more comfortable. Really family feel. Shortly after, another young lady come over to just check if everything was OK. She was really polite and friendly and just made our stay valued. (asian fair skinned girl, with blond streaks) We ordered the breakfast deals with karak tea and laasi and some masala fries. Food was on point. Only thing I would maybe suggest the chanas could be a little improved. That's just my taste buds 😁. Went back to the counter to place another order for cakes and again the cakes were just so amazing. They were very fresh and tasted so lush. They served them in really cute boxes. Can not fault. The staff in general were really nice to our kids and really adored them. This really helps when staff interact with our kids, then the kids feel at home and just settle in to dine. Would highly recommend to give them a go. (I'm giving this review because I feel they deserve this and have added them to my list to visit again.)

The tea shop which is also starting to suffer from the Birmingham Bug 🐜. Quite busy unusually, they must have getting good feedback. A que to the front but eventually got there after about 10 mins. Customers obsessed with leaving the front door open causing the place to have massive cold draughts. I had to close this myself a fair few times. The place still has the COvid barriers which I’m not too sure about. Ordered the Biscoff cake with milk which came without milk 🥛 as the last time I ordered it the cake with milk 🥛 which I didn’t order 🤦🏽. Needless to say this was the one time I was surprised by a mistake as the cake was out of this world 🌎. The chap soon rectified his mistake and bought it out with milk 🥛 as requested (why can’t they just get things right the first time 🤦🏽, it’s a Birmingham thing bad service). The toilet was out of use which is of no use to the customer. I’m sure they have people who are called plumbers who fix these things maybe they’ve missed out on a trick. The atmosphere was of pure screaming 😱 from a lady who had an unsettled child. A night out with friends was clearly more important to her than his bedtime routine as he was clearly tired 🥱. I managed to dull this screaming out of my head with every spoon 🥄 of that desert but when it ran out so did my patience. Needless to say I left. I felt sorry for that child being denied his sleep time and for the rest of the customers, who were put through that banshee screaming session. I can only imagine their night was spoiled. I don’t understand peoples mentality in Birmingham it’s unique in a bad way. Chaiololgy sort it out your going down the tubes.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chaiiology in Birmingham for a quick breakfast takeaway order, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. Chaiiology stands out as the only desi breakfast place open at the early hour of 7:30 am, making it a convenient option for those seeking a tasty morning fix. I decided to try their popular Omelette Paratha Wrap with Cheese, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The wraps were simply mind-blowing! The cheese they use inside the wrap is on a whole different level—it added a beautiful and delicious touch to the overall flavor. Each bite was a treat, and I couldn't get enough of it. To accompany my meal, I ordered both the Karak Chaii and Karak Coffee. The Chaii had a strong and milky taste, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the coffee. Unfortunately, it tasted a bit burnt, which was a disappointment. I believe this may have been an isolated incident. I highly recommend visiting Chaiiology for a satisfying and flavourful start to your day.

When ordering I was told the food will arrive in around 15 min, it took 36 minutes in total for food to arrive which I think is unacceptable. No tissues or cutlery were given.

Masala chana portion is too small in my opinion, although it was tasty. Paratas are frozen cheap shana parata type, was hoping you'd have authentic homemade Paratas with proper ghee - that'd be quality! Omlette is extremely bland and you can hardly taste the cheese which you pay 30p extra for which you're not informed of at the til when ordering.

Breakfast is not worth ~£7 at all at full price. If there were a couple more breakfast items out of: halwa, beans, chips, grilled tomatoes or mushrooms etc included it'd be worth it. Seems like it's made for people to take pics of for Instagram and Snapchat and not to have a proper breakfast in the morning. Either reduce the price or add more items.

Masala chips were very good. Karak chai is very nice. Nutella wrap is decent (wrapped in a shana parata)

5* for masala chips and chai 4* for wrap and chana 2* for service due to timing

Also why were the waitresses screaming the order numbers out loud across the cafe as if im sitting in mcdonalds, they should know which customers order what! So unprofessional in this regard. We were waiting 30 minutes+ to get severed and the waitress asks us have you been served? THE TABLE IS EMPTY WITH NO FOOD of course we haven't been served??

The bro at the front til is friendly and welcoming.

OK for half price but wouldn't...
