Chicken.com (Handsworth) — Restaurant in Birmingham

I used to be a regular here but as of today never again. I placed an order for delivery and these guys dropped it off at another house. Their delivery driver was caught on CCTV delivering the food I paid for at another address.These guys were so rude and start to patronise me that I have come back for freebies. I even went to their shop to show them the CCTV and they start being rude stating I've asked someone else to send me the footage and start offering me free drinks and chips in a patronising way and asked me to cancel my order. Worst customer experience skills, ill mannered and rude. Never Again !! its not about the food its about the principal! These guys showed no professionalism and empathy at all! Too much pride to admit...

Just about the only place open and l needed some food sharpish. Lots of strange people in the branch and l heard one member of staff shouting at a guy who claimed to have ordered but not received his meal. My meal looked okay but when l got home it looked like it's been fried in month old oil. The chicken was dark in appearance and had a strange taste. It was acceptable previously but that was about 4 years ago. Today it was rubbish and l regret spending 41 minutes, using public transport, to get this so called value meal which was a 2pc value box costing £6.49. Not only would l NOT recommend this place but l shan't be visiting this establishment ever...

The service here is terrible, they are rude and ignorant, they don’t even acknowledge u and immediately forget ur order. This is the seventh time this has happened and they don’t understand a single thing u tell them regardless of how many times u repeat it, I waited half an hour for my order and it turns out they forgot ab it it and I was litterlaly the only person there and they had terrible attitude and it made me really angry I will not be going there again and most of the time their chicken is raw and they 100% use pigeon and their food portions are ridiculously small and they taste horrible and...
