Veggie Master — Restaurant in Birmingham

Disgraceful. This theme seems to be present at all of these ‘Veggie Master’ restaurants, especially the one in Birmingham.

I can’t say much about the service apart from the fact they take quite long to make the food only to deliver it cold. I don’t think they care about customer service here as they seem to have employed half asleep elderly man who is most likely the grandad or family member of one of the employees and is there just roaming about since he’s bored at home all day.

I will never order from this place ever again, especially after receiving cold food from having waited for a while. These places don’t care about customer service as 95% of their customers are Punjabi’s with very low standards. Even at the lowest quality of food these customers will react with such positivity towards the restaurant and therefore paint a false image of what they are really serving there as well as the way they go about in their deliverance.

All in all, it’s not the worst restaurant or the worst customer service, but several improvements needed to be mate, all of which I highly doubt will ever be considered given the ‘desi’ mentality of these Punjabi’s that run the restaurant and their ‘Yes men’...

Disappointed Ordered Gohi paratha hardly any gobi thick Atta.Cheesy pasta tasteless ordered tea with order no sign of it. When asked the guy on counter he looked lost.Tea arrived no sugar on table asked for sugar was given a small amount in a sauce paper container no spoon common sense 🤔 stired with knife as didn't want to keep asking for things that should be provided. Hand basin doesn't have hand dryer or Tissue so customers are shaking wets hands in order to dry them water dripping on floor. Windows are dirty. Won't be going again.The boy places food on table not bothering to ask who's having paratha etc and placing it in front of them just dumps everything on one side and walks off.Very poor customer service it's ok to talk to your customers making them...

Been a few times now, it's a shame as it could be an amazing space, but ...

menu is far too big and everytime I've come, whatever we've ordered is not available, always end up having an alternative. customer service is always a bit slow, I have had to go up to the till to remind of items or drinks nearly every time I've come... Not enough staff? Not enough service/attention? no music or atmosphere, was dead silent when we went in... Felt like I had to whisper and definitely didn't help with feeling comfortable, who wants to hear me chewing and eating???? Lol

Definitely needs a few simple tweaks and will be much better. I hope they can...
