Holland & Barrett - Yardley — Restaurant in Birmingham

Terrible service at this store in Swan Centre, Yardley. The staff are rude and unprofessional. On my recent visit I waited around 5 minutes to be served. When I changed my mind about a product, instead of serving me and dealing with it later, the sales assistant decided to put it back on the shelf and then told another assistant (who had been chatting instead of serving) to deal with me. Very poor service.

This isn’t the first time either. On a previous visit, the same male sales assistant with glasses was extremely rude and obnoxious to my 15-year-old daughter, telling her not to touch a product. I was shocked at how unprofessional he was. Although he apologised afterwards, it was unacceptable.

The behaviour of staff here is disgraceful and management need to take action. I will also be making sure this experience is shared across social media platforms so...

As a PT and Registered exercise of professionals for the UK I've been a customer of Holland and Barrett for 20+ years for my sports supplements. Yesterday was my first time at the Swan Centre Branch, I came with my nephew and 2 children. The lady with the short hair and glasses kept starring at us and even at one point I could tell by her body language she was talking about us to her colleague. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn't purchase what I came to purchase. She was keeping an eye on my kids as if do they are going to steal. Never have I've been indirectly felt insulted anywhere like this. Even the man working there abruptly said "can I help you!" I would never come here again and advice anyone with children not to take their children with them and they don't like you...

Would give no stars if I could couple of months back I wanted to buy some stuff from here I had to have my child with me he's on a spectrum and how dare that the member of staff told me " can you watch him and the shelf younger short lady my child wasn't being naughty he was just curious I didn't end up buying cause she really disregarded my child's needs and found it so disgusting to tell me that when he doesn't understand and is a curious child ofcourse I was going to put it back soon as I got what I wanted but I think people need educating or have some respect and empathy will never go here again , be mindful that many people have children who do not understand and we try to come in the store to purchase but with people like that we don't want...
