I had such a wonderful experience at jiyas Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The lady who served us was so kind, polite, and genuinely understanding. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and made sure everything was prepared just right. I asked for my food with no chilli, and the chef made it exactly how I requested — I really appreciated the attention to detail and how they cared about my preference.
The food itself was absolutely delicious — freshly made, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavour. You can tell that they use quality ingredients and cook with passion. The portions were generous, and everything was served hot and just right. The sweets were also amazing — fresh, soft, and full of traditional taste.
What stood out most to me was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was smiling, helpful, and made sure that I had a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. It’s not easy to find restaurants that combine great food with such genuine service, but Jiys really does.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Jiys Restaurant to anyone who enjoys authentic food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A truly lovely place — I’ll definitely be coming back soon and telling my friends and family...

I see Jiya's only getting better. The restaurant was packed when I visited yesterday for some chaat. The fact that they prepare their food in-house is commendable. It's worth mentioning their pani puri—it's the best pani I've tasted in Birmingham. I could have called it the best pani puri if their golgappas were better. It appears they prepare them fresh in-house. There's room for improvement, but overall, Jiya’s is a worthy spot to try some Indian cuisine. I will definitely return soon to try some South Indian food and review it again.
