I went to pick up an order, I was waiting 20 minutes when I asked how long is the order taking. One of the Indian short young in her 25s or 30s replied to me saying stand back and if you ask again I won't give you thr order. So I went got back and waited for further 6 minutes, when she gave me the order after that I said thanks I will be letting just eat know about the way you speaking to their employees. She replied get lost. On the following week I went again to pick an order she was there and said to me you again I don't like you coming to my KFC and I have banned you for life I asked for what reason she replied that you're demanding an order I said I was only wondering how long is the order taking I did not demand at all she said whatever get out of my KFC and get a better job. As I was talking a customer her friend threaded me and asked me to leave and just liste. When you been asked to leave then leave I said to him I'm not talking to you and I'm speaking to the shift runner he came and strangled me inside the KFC. I have reported the incident to the police and also I've reported that short Indian lady to Just Eat. The way she's treating people I really hope that she losses her job and that KFC gets close very soon. I have asked all my friends and famailies not to go to this KFC. Unprofessional shifter runner. Disrespectful and acting like a gangster. She advised all the staff not to give me the order and kick him out.
Her attitude was shocking. As an human rights activist I will be mentioning this sort of behaviour anywhere. You don't even deserved a 0 star but unfortunately there's no option.

Read moreOrdered food via uber eats, fries were missing and no super charger sauces i paid for. When i called to complain a female answered the phone. I asked for the manager she replied she is the shift manager. I told her the issue. She said i can come collect the missing items i got annoyed and said why would i pay for delivery if i have to collect items now. I have a receipt showing i ordered super charger sauce she was disputing its not on the order. Finally i said i will complain further she wasnt bothered said do as you please. When i asked for her name she refused to give her name this is when i lost it and swore and she swore right back i ended the call.
Thr staff are 100% lacking customer service skills as well as getting customer orders wrong from looking at other reviews. Never had an issue with perry bar kfc before.
The staff dont know how how to handle dissatisfied customers or how how to read an order. Basic skills needed in a job. There are many unemployed people give someone that wants to work a job not these people that want to earn money but not work for it.
All the manager had to say to calm down situation was come in next time and we will give you a free meal but instead manager wanted to prove she is right! Haha...

On a recent visit, I placed a large order totaling approximately £60, which was prepared incorrectly. Upon returning home, I discovered that all of the kids' meals were wrong, which was particularly frustrating on a Friday evening with hungry children.
I was forced to make a second trip back to the restaurant to rectify the error. Not only was there a complete lack of apology from the staff for the inconvenience caused, but there was also no gesture of goodwill offered to compensate for the significant trouble of having to return.
Furthermore, I was met with unhelpful staff who insisted that it was "company policy" to use the automated ordering machines, refusing to take my order in person. This lack of human service and basic courtesy is unacceptable.
The overall experience was profoundly dissatisfying and unprofessional. The Erdington branch is clearly run by incompetent staff, and I will be taking my business to the Tyburn Road branch in the future, where the service is consistently pleasant...
