McDonald's — Restaurant in Birmingham

Called about 2 weeks ago and spoke to Shawn asking if after visiting inflata nation I could finish celebrating my sons birthday party in there as I couldn't even have a cake in there. He was so helpful and took my details and what time we would be there and he would try and reserve some tables he also said we could leave the cake in the fridge with them until we need it. Once we arrived Layla welcomed us and showed us our area with the tables reserved, it was perfect as we had 12 kids and 15 adults and everyone was sat together. When I went to order they where very friendly even if I had to order the same thing but in different orders. Liz came to us and told us if we needed anything just to ask her but we didn't as everything was just perfect, the order was correct without one mistake kids where happy and adults not stressing. Layla stayed with us to make sure everything was OK with the food. Once we finished I asked for the cake and they got it out for us and sang happy birthday and opened all presents. It was messy so I asked for a bin bag to clear it all up even if I only managed to put the wrapping paper in there as they all rushed and took it off me saying they would do it with no hesitation. I just felt so helped and welcome and thank to these amazing team my birthday boy was so happy as everyone else. This McDonald's could do better with a different franchisee CEO, due to Doug Wright could take the blame instead of the business manager because of the slow orders I had from this McDonald's location in the past that was also wrong like one time I had the Grand Big Mac with bacon, but once I got it home there was no bacon so I just had it as it is and this is related to the slow orders that the orders go off the screen 10 minutes after you was going to get your order and the worst thing is that drive thru and delivery orders are faster that is not fair for the people who eat in for this McDonald's. So, there are 2 problems that Doug Wright could be stripped from his MBE due to bad eccomey, one is the drive thru has failed from it emitions and 2 lobby area space, because back in 2011, before the current look of this McDonald's there was about 116 seats and since summer 2017 with the current look of this McDonald's there is only 108 seats because the whole front of this McDonald's was took over with the kitchen area and the drive thru that is not classed as new and improved but making this McDonald's floor layout a problem that Doug Wright could get sacked as franchisee CEO for this McDonald's location and once there is a new franchisee CEO for McDonald's Stechford it could go back with a much bigger lobby area that has more than 120 seats and less of the slow orders and ordering mistakes in the past that I dislike from...

Do not order on the app if your in the car park it comes up as stechford retail park then changes to Bromley the glades in London when you go to pay at checkout if you don’t spot this you lose your order and the money you paid for it. Tried to explain this to the business manager ALpa who only knows 7 words ‘there’s nothing I can do about it’ even had others in the restaurant coming up to say they had the exact same place (Bromley the glades in London) coming up on their app so not just mine and my daughters app (or apparently our last Google map destination/area we’ve been according to ALpa! (Haven’t been to London for 4 years ALpa lol! So we lose our order and money blatantly robbed on the app! Make sure you order inside or on use the screens or you lose your money and you get no help from the restaurant your fault basically yet the app changes the area at the checkout!!!! Most people collard it unfortunately my daughter didn’t! Had to reorder paying twice for her meal.
