As a long-standing regular customer, I’ve always supported your business—buying from you for my family and recommending your place to others. But today’s experience was absolutely disgusting. I made a light-hearted comment asking if you’d consider offering a deal/discount for your regulars—something any decent business would appreciate and consider. Instead, the owner responded with a snarky attitude, brushing it off with, “We don’t do such things,” even though I’ve personally witnessed you doing favours and discounts for others.

When I pointed out how you seem to have forgotten your regulars, a young staff member had the audacity to say, “We don’t need regulars, we do just fine without.” The arrogance was unbelievable.

Let me remind you—there was a time when you had barely any customers. It was Allah’s blessing that gave you success, and just as He gives, He can take. Arrogance and pride are never a good look, no matter how “famous” your bakery thinks it is now.

We were in the area and we fancied some Asian sweets. Nice looking shop and clean enough. However as good as the food and desserts look l was left disappointed as the mitai was decent and fresh. However the rasmalai was very ordinary and bland. I love rasmalai and this is some of the worst l've ever had. The staff are nice enough and gave us a whole piece of barfi when l asked fir a TINY piece as mitai is VERY expensive. The best part were the cream rolls (packed znd described as mini fancy rolls); now they are the BEST cream rolls l have ever tasted and l have been eating mini fancy rolls for over 3 decades. The gulab jamun was tasty but the menu wasn't as crunchy as it should be. Overall l would recommend this place but they, on a crowded street synonymous with these types of establishments, need to improve some of the offerings, namely mitai. Some free parking outside but be careful as there are restrictions on both sides of the road and traffic wardens, due to many cases of inconsiderate parking, are present and will rightly so...

I visited Nafees Bakery yesterday for the first time to purchase some sweets and biscuits. The man who served me was pleasant and the food quality is also good however the reason why i am giving it a one star is due to his dishonesty! The total for the items i purchased came up to £8.03. He added this figure to the till and went to bag my items. When he returned he saw me holding a £10 note and decides to change the till price to exactly £10! So i asked him how did he get this figure so with slight hesitation he added 2 prices up for the 2 items i purchased and said that’s exactly £10! I know the biscuits i purchased were £4.10 as he told me this when he weighed them but the small portion of sweets i purchased he decided to sell them for £5.90!
