I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced. When I called to place an order for 25 samosas and 25 spring rolls, I requested that they be pre-cooked and ready for collection in 20 minutes. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and ended the call abruptly. Further attempts to reach out were ignored.

Additionally, during my in-person visits, I have found her demeanor to be unprofessional and dismissive, which negatively impacts the customer experience. This is regrettable, especially since the food quality is satisfactory. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to the consistently poor treatment.

I would like to express my concern regarding the recent experiences I've had at your establishment. During a phone call to place an order, I requested the woman who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional rude and hung up on me.

Moreover, during my recent in-person visits, I observed poor hygiene standards, with noticeable dust and dirt on the counters and other areas that were not cleaned thoroughly. This, coupled with the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the staff, significantly diminishes the overall experience.
