Pizza Hut Edgbaston — Restaurant in Birmingham

I wish I could put 0 star for this place. I called the shop to make an order for delivery, the customer service agent wasn't even listening to my order and I asked him what a deep pan pizza is, he told me I'm MENTAL for not knowing it! I hung up, called back after a bit to speak to the manager, the same guy answered and claimed that he is the manager and was shouting over the phone, I asked him many times to give me his name and put me through to the manager and he refused. I hung up again and then he called ME!!! He called and shouted abuse at me! I reported him to Pizza Hut HQ and they aren't doing anything about it. I have been chasing it up for 2 weeks and no one has got back to me with anything. They just trying to make me forget about it which I'm not. He has no right to speak to a customer like that and he has no right to access my personal information and take my number to call me to shout abuse! This is the worst Pizza Hut Delivery. I have been a customer for since it opened. I have never complained when my Pizza was wrong or delivered a hour late but now for a member of staff to ban me from Pizza Hut falsely accusing me of swearing at her is disgusting. She refused to give me my pizza and told me to stand there and wait and she called her Manager and spoke in a different language which is very disrespectful then says I will give you the Pizza today but you are banned in future from placing orders. My son placed a order online she cancelled it. I went in to see the manager and he advised me to contact customer services instead of resolving the issue. She even told me to go Dominoes if they have better customer service. Very rude and disrespectful member of staff. I complained on Monday to Pizza Hut customer services still waiting for a reply. Good quality food, shame that I had to wait for two deliveries to get it right after missing off a pizza and getting the other pizza wrong. Their mistake, by the way, was apparently my fault because I ordered near to closing time and because the ovens “turn off automatically” when they close, they couldn’t correct their huge mistake. To their credit though, they arranged to have it delivered from another store but when their driver realised he couldn’t get his car outside where I was staying due to road restrictions he asked me to walk half a mile to collect it from him and then accused me of not compromising!! I can’t believe that a restaurant could be this bad so i’ll just assume it’s a one off as they did try to rectify it but still a very poor experience. Definitely lost my confidence in ordering from here...
