Parantha Corner — Restaurant in Birmingham

I was so surprised that the food was pretty good, on the day I went it was made fresh so there was a bit of a wait, my advice to the owners is your food is great, you place looks like it needs a new paint job, the floor was actually really sticky so I suspect the linoleum has started to break down, The food area's were nice and clean, seating looks tired and old looking. Service wise there is just one kid, shop was packed out and you could see he was struggling, spending too much time taking was holding everything up, quite a few people didn't wait for the food due to the wait and left to maybe come back later, however I'm glad I waited because the food yummy so was worth the wait, if the decoration was refreshed, they get another person on the front counter and another couple of people in the kitchen then for sure they will have a gold mine here, from the outside it doesn't look much but what drew me in was the amount of people waiting for food, I will most definitely be back for more when I'm passing nearby, the food is like yo mamma used to make, big thanks to the ladies doing the cooking get work you made an...

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!🔴 GOOD PLACES ON SOHO STREET 3 min drive We waited for over an hour for our food, and when we politely asked about the delay, the staff responded rudely, telling us it would take another 30 minutes — with no apology or explanation. The customer service was appalling, and the environment didn’t feel clean or professionally run.

Due to the extremely poor hygiene standards we observed and the disrespectful attitude of the staff, we will be formally reporting this place to the local food hygiene authorities.

I ordered Dal Makhni and they got me Okra delivered instead. I’ve experienced it for couple of times now. They don’t have the right product and instead they list it on their menu, and end up sending random things with the order which is not at all acceptable. I’ve tried to support this shop as I liked few of the food items but my recent experience was horrible. Thanks to @JustEatsUK for your further terrible support and it’s such a shame!!!!
