Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Birmingham

Brilliant staff member named kristina very friendly, I noticed she made everyone’s drink quick and was receiving compliments for everyone she made so she definitely improved the experience,

I ordered a Frappuccino and my partner ordered an iced hot chocolate both tasted fantastic and fresh compared to some other busy places especially considering this is in a coach station you would think it was rushed etc but genuinely was not.

Would like to add she was working with another woman didn’t pick her name up but she wasn’t doing anything to be fair just writing things down even when It was 5 people in the line she just took their order and kristina made all the drinks and had the conversations

Honestly honestly the best customer / client service. You could possible have. You can walk in from all backgrounds of life and be greater with kindness from smiles, and experience. I went in not feeling at my best. But honestly they never failed to brighten up my day. They have food that meets all joy. Whether you want to pop in quickly to take away. Go in and stay in or from they bring it home option. I can honestly say, I think there’s nothing startbucks could do Better, they key to keeping their customers happy is definitely shown within their staff. And the brand as a whole seems very lovely from this view Point. #Greeted...

Such a joke. When you're going to be traveling most of the day you at least expect there to be something open so you can have something before getting on the Coach. Said on the website it opens at 7am. Arrived at 10 to 8 and still not open. Staff began opening procedures at 8 and very slowly began to switch everything on. One member of staff sat outside and had her breakfast. When I left to get my coach at 8:45 it was still closed. Absolutely disgusting. I understand that not everywhere on a Saturday opens early. But at a busy Coach station full of people changing coaches and needing a pit stop you would expect an earlier...
