Loved seeing Jojo she ate but the venue and customer service was not it. You have everyone working there but no one is saying anything about what they need from you like tickets please etc one woman got so close to my phone to scan it the scanner was literally on top of my phone, but contactless don’t work on my phone, So I pulled up the ticket master app.

Went upstairs with my friend and she had upper balcony and I didn’t… which ment that we couldn’t enjoy the show together… I mean that is our doing and with it being a sold out show. One of the door people spoke to their manager and was stood with someone second in command I assume they were like it’s a sold out show and me and my friend just witnessed a drunk woman say she’s leaving before the show had started and could barely make it down the stairs and the manager was like she could’ve just gone to the merch shop we don’t know that but surely someone that drunk would not be allowed to stay for the gig?!! I know for a fact they let someone else move… 2 mins later the woman stood next to the manager from down the stairs and said you can move if you’re in stalls and didn’t realise we weren’t… But I thought it was a sold out show?!!! My friend said thanks for trying but to me it was the bare minimum.

To top it all off where I was stood water was dripping on me from the ceiling I notified someone and he said he will let them know! Nothing came of it whilst I was there but the the venue was very run down! I would only go back if it was an artist I really really wanted to see but for now I just can’t imagine going back after that awful awful...

Drove from Cardiff to see livingston tonight, arrived on time and was left outside in the pouring rain for over an hour waiting to get in. Doors didn't start allowing access until at least 7.15pm. Info sent to us before arrival said bag search on arrival but was fully frisked and basically felt up by security prior to entry. I've been to a large number of gigs all over the country and this is the first time being physically frisked at the door, I understand metal detectors checking for any weapons or sharp objects but to be physically frisked is a new one. Booked for balcony unreserved seating as my mother has spinal issue and is unable to stand for large durations. When we arrived there was just a crowed stood on the balcony with some small stools and lower seating. In any other venue when you book unreserved seating you are provided a seat even if its not alocated to you. The venue just felt as if it had been over booked. Stating online that the capacity is 1500 it felt like alot more then that when in the building, it didn't feel safe considering you have a large number of people standing on a balcony with stairs that could easily be fallen down in the dark which it was even when the bands weren't on stag. Probably one of the worst venues I've ever been to. We left shortly after arrival due to the safety concerns of the venue. I hope nobody got hurt during the show as due to the cramped conditions I doubt they would have...

Very Disappointed . .Went to see Duran Duran. . . Lots of blue badge parking close by, but I don't recommend the place for those with disabilities, mobility difficulties, etc. I had an uncomfortable and painful night. . .Horrendous queue, which delayed the start significantly. . Some with mobility difficulties were taken to skip the queue - unfortunately, I was missed, but it's worth asking about. .

.Pleasant staff on security. Security was good to see. . .Grubby lift to balcony - be aware, it's only the floor of the lift that moves,a warning not to lean on the wall would have been good. . . I was helped to find a stool to sit on by kind member of staff. Be aware that there is very limited seating available, and it's not particularly comfortable for anyone with mobility problems. .

Sadly, the view was horrendous, the photos are actually taken by reaching out with my phone. All I could actually see was a column. . .The place was rammed, and it was impossible to move. I spent most of the concert viewing a column or reaching out with my phone so I could watch the band on my phone screen. .My husband was stuck under a constant drip from the air conditioning....rubbish! . .Downstairs people were packed in like sardines. It was good to see water being offered at the front during the little break. . .Acoustics were good. Band very good. . . £272 for two tickets! Next time I'll go elsewhere! Just an uncomfortable, painful...

A fabulous venue, Cat Empire put on an awesome performance too, supported by Laid back brass from Chicago. A most fabulous evening with great friends too 🎶🧡

Unless you’re on the upper balcony, I would avoid at all costs. I would give this 0 if I could. We came to a gig and this was clearly over sold. We had got there 30 mins before doors opening and was so far back. We thought we had found a place to stand with a decent view (which turned out to be for disabled) No signage, no barriers cordoning this off. Had security move us on from here. So we sat at the back where there was space to stand and attempted to sit on the ledge, again this was not good enough by security standards and was told to go to the box office to move on. The lady there told us to come back once the show started. We did, they said come back when the main act started. So we did, was told that she couldn’t move us anywhere because if she moved us, then she would need move everyone who was complaining and it was not ‘moral’. What??? What’s not moral is overselling a venue just to get extra people crammed in like sardines. During our many trips to the box office, we saw people with tickets, getting refused entry
