I am a longstanding Tim Hortons fan!!! My family and I make a drive to get these as a special afternoon occasion to enjoy together as a family. I have ordered the hot food, and the Timbits before. They were very nice- hence, the leniency of the 3 nominated stars.
Recently, I ordered two lots of BOGOF 6 Box of donuts. Both times, I was not satisfied as a happy customer. The first time, the honey cruller was a floppy soggy mess- completely disgusting and a real challenge in thought of how it would affect my well-being after I had ingested it 😨.
The second time over half the donuts were all the same and conclusions may drawn to them being stale? Looking at them and assessing the way the elements are composed in these, I question their original place of origin. I don’t know if the second lot was because, it was close to the end of day.
If you know about the history of Tim Hortons, where they are from in Canada, a lot of their clients can be considered as truck drivers. The weight and substantiality of the donuts accountable and are to be served as both a satisfying, filling snack for people who have long journeys to make.
I like the Timbits because, they had a lot more of the flagship styles of donuts represented within the box I had ordered and received from a purchase I made from Uber Eats UK delivery service. It is unfair to expect them to recoup the loss of sales because, a number of these types of restaurants and retailers are being dismissive with how they process the orders which are received from their clients & fans.
With both of the special limited time offer of BOGOF donuts via Uber Eats UK as an UberOne Member. I ordered one of the each of the following from the menu: Oreo Iced Capp, Oreo Iced Frap
The Capp arrived sweetened and the cookie pieces, I’m not sure about the condition of the said cookie pieces were within this drink. There was also syrup in the bottom, I think to disguise the missing flavour imperative to the round dark chocolate Oreo biscuit crumb. In addition, the crumb substance inside the drinking cup was very “mushy” it would fall away into a nothing kind of sandiness when presented to my palette.
The Oreo Iced Frap, I inspected more closely, when I was satisfied the genuine features of Oreo cookies were present I proceeded to drink and enjoy it. I was not 100% sure without cross referencing with the website menu whether what I was delivered was the large size I had actively selected to pay an extra 0.80p for the biggest pour.
I have been urged to contact you directly to report these issues of my more recent experiences.

Read moreDue to the hype and reviews we thought we would give this place a go while in Birmingham, oh my good lord absolute worst place anywhere ever! Walked in place is messy floors sticky but still ordered from an order point ordered 4 meals paid and waited order called, only three drinks asked for my other drink to be to told " no mate only 3" I ordered 4 meals why would I only have three drinks he starts going through his screen, I am holding the receipt it's 4 please just give me missing drink! Then after asking for no mustard on the hotdogs there is mustard on them, again informed staff member it was wrong the reply was "well its been done now" sat upstairs which was clean and comfortable my dip I had paid for was missing but I really couldn't be dealing with going back down to try and get it, all the food was stone cold literally I had only walked upstairs its all pre cooked and microwaved I am guessing. Burgers were grey and just horrid and the dogs were same the waffle fries also cold and undercooked the whole thing was just a waste of a trip and cash I should have just gone to macdonalds and the world famous coffee was dire. I just can't find anything good to say about the place from the food to the service to the cleanliness, maybe it was just a bad day for tim Horton but I won't be returning...
Read moreI heard that there were Tim Horton’s shops in the UK but when we saw on getting out of the Birmingham New Street train station my eyes lit up. You see I was born and raised in Hamilton Canada - home of the first and second Hortons donut shops in the world. I asked to talk to the manager when I got there to let him know that I have been eating Tim’s donuts for most of my life and I was here to see if they travelled well across the pond. We had a honey cruller and a maple popcorn glaze. I had already reached my caffeine quota for the day so I didn’t get a coffee. The manager Shah asked me to compare them to home. Well, in our opinion they were different and I am going to say in a better way. At home our crullers and glazed donuts are heavier with a denser dough and more glaze and thus probably less healthy than the lighter versions we tried here. The taste was just as delicious. The manager was genuinely interested in my story and opinion. I asked him how many franchises were in the UK and he said 65. I told him that we had that many locations just in our city - arguably Canadas donut capital! Thanks Shah for the great service and for hearing me out bragging about our hometown pride in Tim Hortons and congratulations for managing an outlet that does Tim...
