DUNKIN' Fosse Park — Restaurant in Blaby

Seen this place a few times so thought today was the day I’d bring the family in to check it out

It’s only a small store and there was quite a few customers inside but plenty of staff so got everything quick

Ordered a hot chocolate and two doughnuts cost about £10

Not got an issue with the drinks or food.

Hot chocolate was quite big also very tasty, ready to drink. Same for the doughnuts. Tasty

Reason for the low stars is how dirty the place is. Most places that sell food will have someone on constant clean up duty.. they weren't that busy and could have easily spared a member of staff to go clean. I saw no member of staff leave the counter to come and clean on my visit or even just to come look around.

The table and floor was disgusting. In the area I sat down in there was drinks over the seats. Food all over the floor and the thing I hate the most - sticky table

This particular Dunkin is a spot you walk into and immediately feel welcomed by the atmosphere. The building's got a cool vibe, and it's always clean and tidy. Now, let's talk about the real star of the show, the donuts. They've got a large selection, all fresh and delicious. My personal favourite is the Boston cream, hands down. I also enjoy a drink to go with my donuts whether it’s a piping hot coffee to a refreshing iced beverage. Now about the service, it could be a bit better. Sometimes there's a wait, or they might mess up your order. But when the donuts are this good, it's probably worth it. Finally, I’d like mention they sell official merch and have got some cool stuff from water bottles, thermal flasks and mugs, you name it. I just wanted some doughnuts. Why did it take 10 minutes to put them in a bag? The queue was short, two people infront but took 5 minutes. Ordered alright enough but then got a ticket for collection even though the doughnuts are right next to the till. And the bags for the doughnuts.

The staff seemed confused and juggling what looked like about 15 other orders ahead, and had to deal with 2 or 3 customers order issues from previous collections. Then I had to reiterate my order after waiting for packing service because the till doesn't note your doughnuts selection.

On the plus side, damn those doughnuts were good. Like best I've ever had.

Would I spend 15 minutes in there again for only doughnuts though? Nope.
