McDonald's — Restaurant in Blaby

Dateline January 2024! Can't believe it hot fries and hot burger maybe my constant carping has had some effect. Happy New year!October 2023, still the same £15.00,down the drain, the big tasty's looked like they had been in a drain,soggy! Went in today (03/05/2023)nothing further to add except RUBBISH food, cool fillet of fish, lukewarm fries, oh I give up......Typical Mackydoodles. Really the Liberal Democrat's of burger chains,luke warm fries and basic hamburgers thrown together with no pride at all. The battery farm of burgers. After all we owe them a living, don't we? Or is it more like pay peanuts and get monkeys.First time back here since 2019, and guess what? It's worse, waited a total of 20 minutes to be served 3 burgers that needed medical attention, today's date by the way is 31st January 2020, the poor burgers were suffering from hypothermia, this begs some questions, if you want a cold burger you could get a better deal at Iceland, on a serious note if the burger is cold are they being cooked properly in the first place, perhaps Leicestershire county council health department should give them a visit, perhaps Fosse park management should consider giving the premises to a more customer friendly business! Finally to sum up, just two words, one I can't spell, and the other you do with a light switch! (the opposite of on).!! P.s. Look on the back of the wrapper for cooking instructions!!!! Wednesday 26th February, 6 nugget meal and coffee, OMG the fries were crispy and hot! Mrs. Stilton wasn't so lucky, lukewarm fries, still 1 out of 2 isn't too bad.......is it? The coffee was okay, but I get the feeling that they are cutting down on the amount of ingredients, to maximise profits. Still I don't mind popping in now and again just so I can practice my sarcasm, one day though they may surprise me! One plus point though is the restaurant itself is always nice and clean, it's a bit like asking "what did the Romans do for us?"(Monty Python life of Brian). Mac'ydoodles...

Shocking service, stood 10mins waiting while order showed as ready to collect, guy on the drinks machine is a useless idiot who held our order up for the whole 10mins. He was insulting to the staff asking him to sort their drinks out. The staff was reminiscent of a group of 10 year old let loose in a workplace. The manager heard the complaints from the waiting customers and looked sheepish and visibility receded. When my partner went to ask to see the manager from another member of staff the manager slunk back into the office while the other staff member looked for her. When she finally appeared to speak to my partner she basically looked like a child being told off and said she was sorry we had to complain. Our food was cold by the time we finally received it and looked like it had been thrown together from different sides of the kitchen. Once again we have another McDonald's employing clueless idiots who have no care for their job all the while charging £16 for 2 cold and...

Visited at a weekend, and the argos style ordering system and acceptance of delivery orders seems to have ruined the service, food quality, and atmosphere. Far too many orders are accepted at once means that you're waiting ten minutes for your order to even be showed in the "preparation" section of the order screen, followed by a long wait for your order to be ready, and when food is ready its often been sat around. When our food was ready our drinks were not, meaning we had to wait longer with food sat around. Food was tepid and chips limp. The crowding of the people waiting for orders, along with delivery drivers with bulky bags then dulls the experience whilst you're eating. Which is a shame, because the inside looks fairly nicely decorated, with sofas and comfier...
