Terrible service as a delivery driver. I deliberately walked in 5 minutes late than schedule, and they hadn't even bagged making the order. Only began once I got there. They deliberately waste couriers time and customers time. To all drivers, avoid picking up from this place, unless you're happy to wait a longer than for your order. Not worth the wait.

This place is definitely up there, one of the worst time management establishments amongst the others too.

They've replied. Please note. I did have a delivery bag with me, a large orange one, hard to miss u less you're blind. I'd check the cameras again mate. Also note, I only do Uber and Uber only, I don't have just eat or deliveroo.

This is exactly part of the problem here, incompetent restaurant and takeaway staff members assume that ALL delivery drivers are exactly the same, we are not! I don't represent any other driver and other drivers definitely don't represent me.

I will continue to do deliveries from where I wish, that's MY choice, not yours. Understand that!! Otherwise we can meet face to face and have a more serious...

Don't know what to say... I was really looking forward to this place. Proper hyped up by alot of people and I thought this could be a nice gem in Bolton for chicken burgers. I was totally wrong. What a mess of a burger that was... I got a spicy dipped burger... I went to take one bite and the coating had fell out the bottom of the burger. The chicken was chewy and thin, and just didn't hit the spot like Miamis, Phillys or Roccos would have. Spice levels were on point and it had a good kick, but the burger was just overall a mess. 2 stars cause service was on point, wait time was around 5 mins, and they currently have 20% off opening offer, decor is nice. Would I recommend? Probably not, but if your desperate...

I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant every weekend for a while now, and have always enjoyed their burgers. However, my experience last week was a letdown. Unfortunately, I was served an undercooked burger, which was concerning.

Yesterday, I specifically requested the staff to ask the cook to make my burger well-done, mentioning my previous experience with undercooked food. Sadly, the burger arrived in the same state - undercooked. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and care in food preparation. Until they improve their quality, I won't be ordering...
