The Station Cafe — Restaurant in Bolton

As a reviewer of many many eateries, this has to be on my list as one of the worst I've been to. The service was ridiculous. Waited a while before anyone even realised I was there. Other customers came in and walked out after noticing no one was serving. Ordered a Full English Breakfast, wow, what a mistake! The food was overcooked, the bacon was like a biscuit it was so hard. I had to ask for cutlery and salt and pepper, received the cutlery but they couldn't be bothered with the salt and pepper. The place stank of weed (ok, that's down to other customers that had been in and came in so not the cafés fault, but extremely off-putting)

There are MANY other cafés in Bolton, and all much better (which wouldn't be difficult) Please take time to locate one of these instead of choosing...

Absolutely terrible customer service. We placed an order just before 9am, £37 total for members of staff within our office, The food arrived about 45 minutes or so later to which we received the complete wrong order! We checked with our delivery driver and this was all he had with him at the time.

As a result we contacted Station Cafe to let them know and the response was appalling, To our surprise we were accused of being dishonest! The phone call lasted about 5 minutes before we finally said that we would bring the wrong order to the Cafe which is ridiculous! Upon arrival the staff were argumentative and told us that we would have to wait 40 minutes for a few breakfast sandwiches and wraps.

Genuinely my most favourite place to eat from in Bolton and is genuinely the only place that'd keep me here. Food is always spectacular, my personal favourite is the double sausage wraps with spam. I can't recommend this café enough honestly, you guys are amazing and are just as friendly when you go in as to ordering delivery. I love you guys, genuinely the best café in the Bolton/Greater Manchester area.
