McDonald's — Restaurant in Borough of Fylde

My recent visit to my local McDonald's was an absolute disaster, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment. Let me start with the bizarre incident of finding mozzarella balls in a chicken nugget packet - I mean, who does that? It's as if the staff lacked even the most basic understanding of their menu items. It's not rocket science to differentiate between chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks, right?

As if that wasn't bad enough, the incompetence of the staff extended to my entire order. I had to make an extra trip back from home because they got it completely wrong the first time. I mean, it's pretty obvious that chicken nuggets should go in a chicken nugget packet, but apparently, that was too complicated for them to grasp.

And don't get me started on the attitude of the staff. They were not just unhelpful, but downright rude and unapologetic about their mistakes. There was no attempt to resolve any of the issues I faced during my visit, which only added to my frustration. It's as if they had no intention of providing good customer service or fixing their errors.

To be honest, I've lost all faith in this McDonald's branch. It's now become my last resort place to go for food, and even then, I hesitate. The lack of care and professionalism from the staff reflects poorly on the entire establishment. It's truly disheartening to witness such lame behavior from the people who are supposed to serve the customers.

In conclusion, my recent experience at this McDonald's was nothing short of a disaster. From the mozzarella balls in a chicken nugget packet to the unhelpful and rude staff, it was a total letdown. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I urge the management to take some serious steps to improve their service quality and...

I genuinely don't know where to start. This is my local mc ds so I've been here alot over the years! You'd think I'd learn from every rubbuish experience and just stop going but I don't. More fool me. Anyway I felt its time to write one of these just for other people really and to vent haha!

This mcdonalds is seriously a joke I can think of other words but I won't. I sat here tonight and ordered for my kids and their friends and said I bet they miss something from the order. Well I was right lol. They missed 20 chicken nuggets and fries from the order. Totals around £8.50 I then had to drive to get what I was missing. Well I payed a fiver for service fee and delivery yet still had to drive.

It's a sad state of affairs when you know they are going to mess it up in advance.

One of the managers ollie is terrible he is rude, looks un hygienic and is letting the store down massively in just the way he is. I've dealt with him on a few occasions. There is never an apology he questions you like your lying. (Yeh mate I just want to come out here in my dressing gown slippers and towell round my head where I've just got out the bath to lie about you missing items off my order when I'd payed for delivery. He is a joke!

However saying that upon my visit to there.today to get what I was missing it was the first time I.was met with a member of staff who actually looks happy. She dealt with my problem amazingly and personally I couldn't have asked for better service by millie one of the new managers. She said she had only been there 2 weeks and she is sorting out the issues of missed items etc because it obviously happens alot. We'll let's just hope she is your saving grace because more millies would be amazing and may make the store...

6/4/24 approximately 20.00 hours I live local to this Mac Donald’s I have 3 children who always ask for a macceys😂long and short of this storey I spent £200 a month there as me and the wife would also get food with the kids at times. I shall no longer ever use this branch again!! The order is wrong a lot of the time however it is the busiest food outlet in the world so you can understand from time to time,I always cheack my order in the car park before I drive off to make shire it’s right so the kids don’t start screaming at me for ruining there tea,the order was wrong my kids are fuzzy eaters!I walked back inn to show the 2 double cheese burgers was wrong after having stickers on to show how they shud be…they take my burgers and walk off,I wait being polite for couple minutes and say is my burgers cooking as the rest off my food is getting cold in the car,the manager says we’ve got other orders he shall do them you now!?you would think somebody order what was wrong would be first,anyway burgers come back out I open them up and there wrong again with some funny looking clear fluid/grease on them😫😳by this time my food is getting moor and moor cold. I said to the manager can I have a refund for my order and she said no only your double cheese burgers. The burger cook on that shift manager need sacking,I respect any body that goes to work but,job at Macy’s is these two people all over. I feel sorry for people who put there life saving into a franchise like this for people to cause them money loss,we won’t be back. And this is all on camera with bad attitude from manager saying enjoy your nite after my kids treat...
