For the amount of times I've been with different family and friends, one thing comes across, there's a community that enjoy coming to this venue, the staff do care - I've seen hugs for regulars and making accommodations, they'll go above and beyond. Babies, younger children, and pets are all welcomed. The negative reviews are minor issues magnified beyond all recognition (mild non-allergies - you're either allergic or not 🤣😂🤣; criticising uniform - everyone seems to wear what they're comfortable with) and seem to be a dig because of their own personal issues. Amazing food and service. My husband ordered a hot chocolate that came with a mountain of marshmallows in an amazing glass bottle and a flake. Very impressive! We sat outside the cafe as we had our dog with us and they were very accommodating, excellent service - they brought my dog some water. I had a prawn sandwich which was delicious and my husband had a Ham and Cheese toasties which was good quality ingredients. I am very happy to see places open on a Sunday. Very odd, visited here on Sunday was served by teen/young female adults in extremely short dresses. Made the whole dining experience awkward, especially when they lent over to hand over food/collect empty plates from the nearby tables.

1 hot drink didn't arrive at all yet they still charged us for it.
