My experience with this resturant has been absolutely disgusting. I currently live at University and specifically asked the restaurant (written in delivery notes on Just Eat) for the driver to call me when my food arrives. This instruction was not followed. My delivery was due for 17:35 - I waited until about 17:45 where I started to become frustrated and called Burger Plus Staines. A lady picked up saying my order should arrive within 10 minutes as the driver had left and apologised for the delay. About 15 minutes later I recieved a phone call from the Store Manager, claiming that my order had already been 'delivered' at 17:15! At this point I was fuming. The driver had delivered my food to the wrong students and didn't call me or confirm the name on the order. I demanded a full refund but the manager insisted I waited for the food again as he was happy to send it out again. The food arrived 20 minutes later (the driver called this time) but it was cold, soggy and awful. Nothing was fresh and everything tasted horrid. I ordered 2 wrap meals and everything was of poor standard. No sauces given or anything complimentary as courtesy for the 2 hour delay! The food has given me and my friend a horrible stomach bug, and I know it was a case of food poisoning from this restaurant as we did not eat anything else today. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone anyone else. I recieved no form of apology or signs of consideration......
Read moreI ordered from the Staines Burger Plus and was disgusted by the customer service I was offered. My food took the best part of an hour to arrive and was only lukewarm!
Also after receiving my food I was disappointed to find out that they had not given me the gherkins which I paid 60p extra for and the flaming chick which I ordered and was charged for! When calling up Burger Plus to notify them of my problem they said they couldn’t offer any help as it was down to the Uber driver from Uber Eats. They refused to accept responsibility for the error and would not let me order another flaming chick. Also while trying to explain my problem to the women on the phone she simply said it was nothing to do with her and she wouldn’t help and then decided to hang the phone up on me.
I have received my refund off Uber eats for the missing food. I’m absolutely disgusted by the service I was shown and they way they handled the situation. I will never order from Burger Plus again and if I could I would give it 0 stars!

Firstly, food got delivered to wrong place, secondly waited over an hour to even expect our food, then when we didn’t receive the food called them was put on hold and then just not answered so we kept trying took 7 times before they answered, this was 12pm when I finally got through the person I spoke to was disrespectful and rude kept saying he will call the manager but never did and then put the food down then said we can’t have a refund, then ended the call. So I kept calling and he picked up again and I said that I want to talk to the manager now and then all of a sudden he will send food out but it won’t be until the next day which would’ve been technically that night however we was hungry and would’ve been once they opened again. Got so frustrated I said I will be going in tomorrow to talk to a manager and ended the call. Fair to say after tomorrow never ordering again the man I spoke to was rude and disrespectful and when you are working in a restaurant you learn to deal with customers in a certain way.
