Chicken City — Restaurant in Borough of Spelthorne

THEY DO NOT HONOUR YOUR ORDER. I ordered the spicy chicken fillet meal and was given a selection of sides to order from. I chose the chili cheese bites/Nuggets as part of the meal, knowing it would not get the drink so I ordered and paid for a seperate drink. When I arrived to collect my order I found the restaurant had cancelled it accidently so I have to wait for the money to be refunded and order again while in store. It was only after being in the shop for twenty minutes that the server/owner told me that as I had not paid extra for the chili cheese bites I would not get them. Not that they didn't have them, just point blank refused to process the order. I rang just eat to cancel the order while I'm store and all the server/owner could do was be smug and state he does not care. I now have to wait another 20 mins for the money to go back into my account and because of the horrific attitude and extremely bad customer service I have wasted my whole lunch break and got no food to show for it. I think this people are lucky there are no other halal chicken wings shop in ashford. Wings are always salty, smelly and look like birds wing. Burger are not made by them, nothing special. They are frozen Gregory shop ready made burger, any one can buy them from any halal shop! I think they should go Hounslow or east London and learn how to make perfect testy chicken wings and chicken. If any other shop like favourite or pfc or any real chicken wings shop come in ashford I won’t go there. I went to chicken city recently with my family and had the worst experience ever. I have never seen such ill mannered and disgusting behaviour. I ordered some chicken wings for us but when i saw him putting it in the box they looked rotten and old, and when i nicely asked him to put in fresh wings he gave me a dirty look and shouted at me saying that the ones he was putting in the box were fresh, but obviously they weren’t.
