Zapping your taste buds - but not in a good way.... ..sorry guys...

Seating was a bit jammed together, cheek by jowl.

Mozzarella flatbread - very soggy , and very salty, with very strong pesto flavour.

Coffee was overly bitter. - try a lighter, smoother roast guys...

Macaroni and cheese, with bacon - overpowering herb flavour, drowned the cheese. Almost smelled like disinfectant... Bacon bits in it expected to be salty, but whole lot was overly salty. ...and to cap it, my mouth got warmer and warmer as I ate it - seems like it was riddled with pepper.

Guys, 25% of the population are 'super tasters' , detecting subtle flavours. We don't like our food over salted, peppered or spiced.

Try letting the diners add the salt and pepper.

The pot of tea was fine...

If your taste buds are dull or shot to pieces with smoking, drinking and curries, then this may suit you.

i went to the staines store yesterday with my son, there was only us there. we ordered 2 milkshakes and shared a yorkshire roast roll, which i’ve had never had before. it was quite filling. when we got home my son vomited twice yesterday once again overnight and had very bad diarrhoea, he had to go to the toilet at least 10 times. i had diarrhoea too and my tummy is rumbling still. we didn’t have any other food from anywhere else. i would not go here again even if you paid me. store looks good staff are friendly but hygiene is the most important thing, i’m sure either the products were out of date or, had some infection like salmonella. for the amount of money we paid we could have had a complete meal at mc donald’s. GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY...

Rude staff, I showed the girl the one I wanted on the photo and they gave me a simple ice latte when I wanted the green one and I saw it making it they put coffee & ice and added the milk straight from the bottle and when I said is the wrong one they argued with me and said “you have to mix it is at the bottom “ at the bottom was only the coffee they think I was blind maybe coz I had sunglasses but when they saw they irritated me they made me the one in the photo so horrible customer service from the both asian girls and the guy that was making the coffees!
