Update After a disappointing experience last time round we're really happy that the standard has been raised back to our first four experiences. Our go-to curry restaurant. Top tip: You'll be bitterly disappointed with the delivery service. Go and collect.

31Oct review "After 4 GREAT curry experiences in a row (almost in a row) gave Tamana's an easy 4 stars out of 5. Unfortunately tonight was close to abysmal... the first time we went for home delivery instead of collection... the order was 50 minutes late - not ideal with hungry guests, the promise of a superb curry and three calls to find out the location of our food. My wife's chicken jalfrezi had chicken pieces/bones, beef and an identified 'rope' looking piece of meat in it. My lamb jalfrezi was filled with dry/overcooked lamb and bits of fat. Neither of us finished our meal. Thankfully our guests meal seemed to be better (or they were overly polite?). We'll definitely give Tamana's another try based on the same chef who cooked our first four meals. If tonight's chef is cooking we'd rather give them a miss.

Absolutely Delicious – Catering That Truly Impressed!

We’ve enjoyed dining at Tamanna’s Restaurant many times, so we already knew the food was fantastic. But as my 60th birthday approached, I wanted something truly special for the celebration and Tamanna’s Catering delivered beyond expectations.

From our very first conversation with Kam, who helped us thoughtfully curate the menu, the experience was smooth and professional. On the day of the event, Shabana and Shamim arrived on time, set up everything beautifully, and ensured the food stations stayed hot and well-stocked throughout the evening.

The selection of Indian dishes was a hit with our guests everyone raved about how delicious everything was, and many went back for seconds! There was more than enough to go around, and everything was served with warm, friendly smiles. The service was impeccable and made the evening feel even more special.

I would highly recommend Tamanna’s Caterers to anyone looking for high-quality food paired with exceptional service. We were truly impressed, and I won’t hesitate to use them again for...

We went there as it was recommended to us. First impressions were good, nice and clean looking restaurant and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food let all the above down. Although the meat was soft and the vegetables were cooked as they should be, my meal and my partner's were laced with a ridiculous amount of salt. I finished my chicken as I don't like to leave meat on my plate but I couldn't eat the rest of what I had ordered. The Manager (I think) offered us to cook us something else but as we both had eaten enough by then, we didn't take him up on his offer. We are used to going to excellent Indian restaurants and this one didn't make the cut I'm sorry to say. I've heard that some restaurants give you salty food to make you thirsty, so that you buy more drinks, I hope this isn't the case for Tamanna.
