Absolutely disgusting services Saturday the 21st I came down with my partner drove 20 miles as we come to drink the hoffmeister on draft and eat the 4 cheese pizzas.

I ordered a pizza and a beer we were told that they were going to change the barrel. So I waited our pizza arrived firstly with no beer I asked politely where the beer is the lad said she's changing the barrel then lady said he's changing the barrel. Doing other jobs instead of attempting to serve a loyal paying customer the services was disgraceful. Our pizza arrived firstly Absolutely no beer after 40 mins of asking the question where is my beer.

So no beer arrived and they told me oh its the gas we need to sort the gas out why didn't they tell me this in the first place and make me wait for no beer to come I had my pizza with no beer and left no apology or nothing!

I'm extremely upset over this as I've been coming as a regular customer with my partner and friends it used to be a lovely place but completely gone down the pan now I'm making all my friends and family aware of this situation as I don't want them wasting there hard earned money at a place that does not value customer loyalty or services I've seen there is another craft beer bar opening up over the road we will be taking our hard earned money...

Tried this place for th first time while on a day out in Garstang. So glad we tried it. The owner was lovely and more than happy to offer recommendations.

We picked off the specials board. I had the goats cheese wrapped in Parma ham salad with balsamic glaze. Lovely dish ...nice light salad perfect for the sunny day.

The other half had the goats cheese and Parma ham pizza .. nice crisp base lovely flavours.

We shared a garlic bread and loaded salt and pepper fries which were bloody gorgeous and very moreish .. we nearly fought over the last mouthful.

Lovely place very modern decor and clean, dog friendly too even had a jar of dog treats on the bar.

Spoke to the owner, a very rude and arrogant young man. Got a pie and mash, it didn't come with gravy which disappointed me. Furthermore, the pie had little filling - mainly filled with air, alongside dry pastry. The mash was lumpy, tasted like it was made by a year 7 child. On top of that my beer felt quite steep. Overall i feel like the food was okay if it was a quarter of the price and served at a football ground or from a cheap food van. For the price the food was appalling, let alone the service. Aswell as that, the arrogant owner patrolled around the whole time barking unnecessary orders at the poor staff. Not visiting again and I...
