I can highly recommend Dawn,her husband...also their manager...they have taken over our local asset not long ago...and recently,they impressed me so much...with short notice,they provided me with a room,music,and loos with toilet rolls....I needed a place to celebrate the loss of a younger friend who had lost a brave fight with cancer....keeping it brief,Dawn was so sympathetic..and under the pressure of keeping this local landmark up and running....all I can say is....I hope she succeeds....the Mount hotel has been here longer than I have...I hope both locals and tourists continue to visit and appreciate one of our Beauty spots...Fleetwood is at the end of a road...you don’t travel through it...you come here for a reason...and if you’re lucky like me...you...

Went in for 2 soft drinks government scheme was on tried charging 5.80 so I asked shouldn't they be half price to which the arrogant barmaid replied thats only with food .. i challenged this with the barman who said it didn't apply ... i said I've checked on the greene king pub app to which I was told with attitude were a franchise !! So why big greene king signs up outside ... never less i said your breaking the law as it does apply to just soft drinks... we went and sat down then the guy came over and said ive checked with my boss your right it does apply to just soft drinks and its cos we're so busy .. yeah right agrees to refund half the amount 35 minutes later im yet to receive my refund... would never visit again arrogant staff...

How can one lovely day in there turn so sour the next day. We went in on friday and was welcomed by a lovely girl. We had the dog and there was water and snacks for him. Very good touch. But saturday was absolutely awful. Was approached by such an arrogant person which I later found out was Tom. He was rude and would not let us sit in the place we sat at the previous day then he said we couldn't eat outside because of the birds but food was being brought out all the time we was out there. He also walked off as my husband was talking to him. Thankyou to james who looked after us. I suggest...
