What a find...Cafe Noglish has to be the nicest most welcoming, serene Cafe in Boston....beautiful fresh, simple food..(with Vegan options) at reasonable prices...Mark and his wife (the one who bakes and makes everything) could not be more welcoming. I really hope the locals support this business because they really do deserve it. It is only them at the minute...buy they have wonderful plans...plans I for one can not wait to test out. I had the best smoked salmon and scrambled egg ciabatta I have ever tasted and THE most amazing Blotkake.....(Norwegian recipe)..the coffee is actually served in mugs and you get a packet of crisps with the 'meal deal' With multiple plant based milk options to choose from ( Jasmine loved the soy hot chocolate) it suits all requirements. The decor is beautiful, (you would not believe what they do on special seasonal days), very much in keeping with the Norwegian style of today. Read moreNot only does this café have the best Scandinavian goods (cream cake? check! chocolate buns? check!) but they are SO generously sized it's ridiculous! The buns are literally as big as my face. I will most certainly go back for a takeout lunch, many more slices of cake, and a lovely chat with the delightful owners. Looking forward to being able to sit outside on the porch once lockdown is over!
