Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Boston

Be aware !! We visited Boston with our family and bought coffees and food from this Caffè Nero and we also had some fries with us from a different shop and we have been told off straight away that we cannot consume food that we bought from a different location, even though we already bought loads of stuff from them ! Only the food for babies can be consumed inside. The caffe shop was almost empty!! That’s soo sad !

Cleanliness was poor also, the floors were not cleaned and strong toilet smell instead of the nice smell...

Love Cafe Nero. Very friendly atmosphere where you feel comfortable on your own or with friends or family. It is dog friendly thanks to the very kind manager and staff there who make everyone feel welcome including well behaved dogs. The only comment I would make is to say the place is starting to look like it needs a refurb. Some of the chairs and sofas are getting worn. Otherwise I enjoy a walk round town finishing usually there...

would have been better if they hadn't run out of squirty cream ordered two Milano chocolates with espresso shots they had run out of squirty cream so there were no chocolate sprinkles either so really all I received were 2 hot chocolates with coffee with Milano pricetags I don't like the word hate but I was really disappointed should have 86ed all recipe's that needed squirty cream instead of still charging full...
