Domino's Pizza - Boston — Restaurant in Boston

Called Domino's and requested a large pizza for collection. Got a text message stating it would be ready in 8 mins, arrived to collect bang on time, paid the £9.99, pizza was not ready, there is a large poster on the wall "Buy one get one free on all collection orders", I said to the girl behind the counter, you never mentioned that to me on the phone.

She replied, my apologies, I can put one through for you now, I said great and told her another large pizza. She then said that will be £9.99, I said thought that was the free one? no she replied you have to put them through together.

So I said I thought you were giving me that one free as I have now paid £9.99 for one pizza when I can get two at the same price, she just stood there looking sheepish, I said forget it.

I then still waited another 20 mins for my original order. I will not be ordering from Domino's again, all you have done there is lose a valuable customer.

Poor show...

Domino's are the best pizzas available in the area in my opinion. Always delivered within 20 minutes of ordering, extremely hot and full of flavour. However, with this branch, the burger sauce is missing on many occasions - over my last 5 orders, it was missing 3 times. Such a disappointment when opening the box as I add this specifically.

Contacting the store can take a while but when you get through they are helpful. The last few orders I haven't bothered to call back because it's too much faff to sort/wait for redelivery etc etc. I have resorted to checking on delivery, unfortunately. 5 stars if the branch can get this part of the process right every...

It's a small shop, but in an easy to access area and not difficult to find at all. I live just out of the delivery range so have to collect every order, but that's not a big deal. Even my large orders are ready on time - sometimes earlier than expected - so collecting is a very easy process of getting in and getting out. The app/website tracker is great for keeping an eye on when you need to get your order, and has all the information about deals, which are often extremely good, so it's always worth taking a look before ordering!
