The staff is absolutely vile. They are so rude to the point where it puts you off from even having the food you PAID for. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes right infront of them while they ignored me and started cleaning up instead of giving me my pani puris that were PRE MADE and only had to be boxed up. I made eye contact with all three ladies THREE TIMES and they ignored me every single time. I went well before closing time and was very respectful. They still treated me so rudely. Served everyone else while I was standing right infront of them. I could not believe that they would actually ignore an order that I JUST paid for knowing that the customer is waiting. It's not even a resturant or a big establishment, it's literally JUST A SMALL STALL. They don't get many orders. Yet they continued to be ignorant and provided absolutey disgusting service.

If the manager wants this place to work well, they better deal with these rude customer service assistants before it ruins their business.

I'm not the first one to complain so they should realise there is really a problem with their staff.

Staff were polite, atmosphere was normal for a shopping center food court. However the food was absolutely appalling. I order a chicken toastie which had barely any chicken inside but was over flowing with raita sauce. Absolutely no taste Whatsoever. I also ordered a Sikh kebab on parantha, the Sikh kebab was nice but the parantha was literally shop bought tiny paranthas. I opened the container and was absolutely shocked at tye portion 3 bites and it was gone. For the total my order came to I could've got a german donner kebab from across the road and been much more satisfied with the portion size and taste. Will not be returning...
