Ordered online ! 3 Shawarma chicken meal,received 1 meal food rest was solo, rang the shop ,staff the lady denied and lied saying I ordered 1 meal not 3 I informed her saying I paid full payment for 3 meal and I didnt received what I paid for ,the lady carried on saying I ordered 1 meal ,clearly I have the bill ,then I asked her to speak to the manager she said hes not in, they have a supervisor whom I speak to,then the man goes hes the manager bear in mind she said there no manager and isnt in ,so he is trying to flog me off by saying doesn't matter whos the manager is, that was just making me angry ngl then the so called manager goes,he has no driver,clearly ignored the fact it was their mistake, food was cold, I even told him your staff lied abt no manager then how come your saying your the manager ! i told him I Ordered for the first time ,there was no solution i hanged up the call so I wouldn't recommend this place at all, my kids were hungry just shocked how they blamed me for notordering 3 meal shawarma ,no good customer service, staff work there whom lie to customer blaming me for not ordering, just gutted disappointed bcs its my first review that im not satisfied with the place or food 😕! I did receive £10.45 refund from uber still not happy with it the time and stress caused by the lying staff whom claim to be the manager when hes the chef,the owner needs to train their staff to be truthful, and need someone whom can read the order correctly, and I didnt get full refund of the two sharwarma meal !! I tried twice the food from the cafe. First time, I had a chicken bowl that was delicious. I don't know if it comes with fries or not , I did not receive the fries, but the food was really nice and it was enough. The second time, I had the Arabic shawarma, and as I connoisseur of the Arabic cuisine I have to say I am not impressed. The Arabic shawarma has a particular taste within the other types of shawarma, smooth and juicy, served with garlic sauce and pickles. Cooked properly, the Arabic shawarma can be a main dish. They really have to step up their game if they want to last in Bradford, and I would like them to succeed because it is a nice cafe in the city centre among all the fast food places. Just been in for the first time and the staff had no idea what they are doing missed out food items on our order. When I called the women on the phone hung up she was very rude . Not coming back - 6.0 for two pieces of chicken on bread no thanks don’t waste your money and time -REPLY to comment - I don’t know what receipt you have been looking at but I have attached the copy of my receipt. i ordered whats on your menu which clearly states the shawarma comes with fries so why on earth would I need to order it separately! And the fact that i called to give them feedback which they obviously didn't take on board as calling the customer a liar just shows the great customer service...
