Domino's Pizza - Thetford — Restaurant in Breckland District

Okay, my order went through twice (I noticed via paypal) I called their store and was ringing for nearly 15 minutes. When I got through the assistant 'Enis' she was extremely unhelpful. She implied I was a liar, continued to talk over me, stated that Domino's app is completely separate to Domino's, said I made a mistake and said the phone had not been ringing at all. After this I then asked to speak to the manager 'Ewelina' who was less than helpful and said the order which was wrong could not be cancelled and I would receive my pizza before my required delivery time of 9pm. She explained that she couldn't accept a complaint and that had to be done via the website. I then asked when the first (incorrect) delivery would arrive and she said that she had stopped the delivery driver from taking it.

She has agreed to cancel both orders but refused to bring my order when I required it as it would mean "making another pizza".

This entire experience has been shocking. Both members of staff were extremely difficult to deal with. I will update this post if* my payments actually get refunded but I don't...

So I called up today and the phone was answered by a girl that seemed like she was completely clueless to what she needed to do.. I was telling her my order and she simply could not understand a word I was telling her, it was as if we were speaking completely different languages... I eventually had to ask to speak to someone else because I was getting nowhere with her. Someone did eventually take my order and told me it would take up to an hour to get to me but they would try to make it quicker. We waited about an hour and the driver, Nikolas, called me up asking where the house was and saying that he couldn't find us... We then had to leave the house and look for him, only to find that he was stood at the top of the street at house number 1, which is far from 45, because he was reading the Domino's address on the bag instead of the instructions which were literally, right underneath that sticker... They were so clear that we noticed straight away and showed the guy. I can't believe such simple tasks were made so difficult. Pizza was still good, which surprised me but the dimmest of...

Edit of review: As you can see from my last review the service, pizza and delivery was terrible here. I don't know if there has been a change in management but whatever has happened is working. Last 2 times I ordered, food has got here quickly, hot and fresh. Thank you for making changes and keep up the great work 👍 ----------- Previous review---------------- This dominos is probably the SLOWEST delivery service in the world. I regularly order from here and 30 mins after order its still not even in the oven being baked! Seriously need to get more staff or more resources to cope with the orders. Anywhere else you go dominoes will generally be delivered within 20 mins of ordering not still waiting to be baked after 20 minutes. Very poor service. My most recent visit, after 1hr of waiting they called and said, if you want pizza delivered it will be 2hr wait can you come and collect it!!! No apology, absolute rubbish service....if you can't cope with the orders or deliveries, stop taking orders. I got a refund and went elsewhere, won't...
