Ordered 2 subs on the app and went to collect. Got to the store and there was a queue to the door. No click and collect zone. All staff were busy serving customers so there was no opportunity to ask where I could collect my order. None of the staff offered to help, despite me talking loudly to my husband about where to collect our order. We waited for 15 minutes in the queue before finally being served and was told that my order was on a table. So my order had been dumped on a table with no click and collect sign and no staff member calling out that it was an online order. Anyone could've taken that order and the staff wouldn't have known. For the time it took to wait in the queue, it was pointless ordering beforehand to try to save time. Instead I was left standing in a queue for ages whilst quite visibly heavily pregnant. Staff didn't care when I complained there and then. They also didn't complain when I emailed a complaint to the manager. His response was "oh well we left your order at the click and collect point". There was no click and collect point - just a random table with no signage at all. I asked him to forward my complaint to his line manager and I've been completely ignored since....

He cut my bread in half.. and then the manager, supervisor, someone? came up and scolded him. "You have to cut the bread at a 45 degree angle. Is that a 45 degree angle? No." with a tone as though he's a child. She then walked off without so much as looking at me, let alone bothering to apologize for the intervention.
