Food and drink 7/10 Service 8/10 Decor and atmosphere: 5/10 Service speed 8/10 Cost 7/10 The best: Great fresh waffles with lashings of sauce and the cookie dough was a treat. The worst: the beuno was soft and not crunchy... Not sure if it had been left out in a freezer? It really affected the experience. Bringing out glasses of water or offering water would have been nice since it's so sweet! The lowdown: Probably not a place you want to go if you have diabetes, or be prepared with your insulin pen. It's great place for those with a sweet tooth, though the setting in itself is bleek. The chairs and booths are cool but it needs more on the walls. A new start up and will come again for the waffles. Though they really do need to use fresh kinder Buenos...

Awesome little place to have waffles and ice cream with my niece, both were huge portions and well presented! (Pics attached) - we got the fudge cake waffle and the white bueno waffle. The toppings were great. Personally I didn't hugely like the flavour of the soft serve ice cream, it was very different to others I've had and didn't taste quite right... However, the (coffee) gelato was great. Next time I think I will get flavoured Gelato and whipped cream with a waffle/crepe instead of the soft ice cream - perhaps that would be a good option to add to the menu also? - off the bat that's the only improvement I would make. Would recommend it.

I have an egg-allergy, which makes it difficult for me to find a good place for dessert. When I saw this place on Google maps, I started to look at the menu out of curiosity, and I was filled with excitement when I saw how many vegan options I had. I got a vegan chocolate delight sundae, and oh my gosh, it was amazing! The best sundae I’ve ever had! The woman there, I unfortunately didn’t get her name, was very nice and understanding! My little brother wanted sprinkles on his ice cream after we had sat down, and she put them on with no hesitation. I would definitely come back here again, and I think others should give this place a try.

AVOID, this place like plaque, the owner Imran is the worst ever to deal with what a nasty piece of work, we purchased waffles from them as a take away around 11pm, they gave us the complete wrong order, we only established this when we reached home around 11.30pm also we live a bit of a distance so it was not feasible to go back, because we disabled person has an allergy to strawberries he never ate the waffle, not only did they give the wrong order but over charged, we order a waffle worth £8.45 and in return they gave us the wrong order as well as it being a cheaper waffle, the next day we went for a meal in the same vicinity, after our meal we decided to go back and have a dessert, and support the locals in the area due to being a secondary area, I notified the assistant that we received the wrong order last night, we live a few miles away (Clifton) and being 11:30 pm at night we didn’t bother to return, I was astonished with the response, they denied they made a mistake, they called the boss Imran, he marched down from where ever he was in the area, his response left me speechless, he said why didn’t we drive back at 11:30 or called in, we wasn’t aware of the processes and didn’t think it was much of a big deal and thought when we go next we will mention it, it gets worse he then implied that there is no free waffles, I couldn’t believe this after we have just spent more money in his business and I brought 5 More customers, and we all spent money, IMRAN is extremely bad mannered, obnoxious, unprofessional individual, he had no care in the world or cares about the other customers in the establishment, he has no idea how to run a business or retain customers, over a mistake they made, they failed to rectify and failed to go Above and beyond for customers, over a waffle that they failed to deliver he has lost 10 customers, I can not begin to explain, they had no respect for the disabled person and had no remorse or cared about the disabled person who ordered the desert. Very bad, they discriminate against disabled people and take the Mickey, he is typical narcissistic man. Unprofessional please do not eat...

5-star food and coffee. Missed out on an overall 5-star because I popped in alone and towards closing time, one of the ladies who had served me twice behind the counter launched herself towards my plate when I was clearly still eating and then explained that they are not allowed to have food out past midnight. It would help to let customers know this and to give a warning of some kind if these are the laws/rules governing the establishment. She looked anxious to get the plate away from me so it must be a city council rule or something but it came across as rushed and no customer care consideration at all. The deliveroo drivers kept crowding in and there was no spot/ area for them to stand at. The music was great, the other patrons were enjoying themselves and having lively chats among themselves and it was truly a nice place to hang out. And there was a table for one which I was very happy with. But let's go back to the waffles! 10/10, I'm so sad for not giving you the 5-star you rightfully deserve, please address the small issues that reduce the...
