I know how hard and soul destroying it can be working in hospitality, but MY GOD I have never experienced such horrible customer service.
Arrived to collect our pizza, we were told it had been collected already, we explained it obviously wasnât collected by us cause here we are to collect it with the order number.
They literally didnât care, just chatting and shouting to each other, basically said thereâs nothing they can do because itâs been collected already. No apology for the fact they gave away our pizza, they acted as though it was our fault. After about 30 mins of waiting they did make us our pizza, but gave no indication to us that they were going to, and even then the way they acted seemed like they werenât even gonna make it and were just ignoring us.
Someone needs to get fired here or something, the way they went about it all was so horrible and made us feel so helpless, I donât understand how they can be so careless and mean and just not care. I understand they donât care about their job but I am a human being standing in front of you just trying to sort out a problem (which is not at all my fault) and youâre acting like iâm a piece of gum...

The Bedminster franchise of Dominos Pizza supremely utterly appalling, a pizza company that regularly run out of supplies, ultimately during the weekend after 8:30. (I see a pattern there! don't you) and trying to negotiate any form of a token compensation forget it! Night manager's in particular are uncompromising, discourteous, ignorant and no comprehension when it comes to customer service. I pay via PayPal and even though I'm told my refund will take 5 days, I always ring up at the beginning of the week to check that it has actually been processed, surprise surprise it hasn't so I have to go through the rigmarole of finding the email confirm my name address and transaction number, what a complete and utter farce.    Read moreI entered the store on the 1st Oct and was ignored, staff are really rude and unprofessional, we were told to order online however he took the customers beside us order instead. The men preparing the pizzas had long beards and NO beard-net, all staff were touching the screens and desk while preparing the food which meant the food could be contaminated.
Upon collecting my order my food was sat waiting and I was told rudely to wait, I then had to ask another member of staff for my order which was then given to me. My food was cold as I was forced to wait for it even though it sat there ready?. I didnât receive the Dr Pepper that I paid for and I have not received a refund for that either and to top it off there was a hair found in our pizza which was baked into pizza toppings themselves. Iâve contacted the store and I was still met with really rude customer service? The store havenât refunded me or apologised either.
