I would like to hope this is helpful and not just a moan. In the distant past I have eaten there and it has been delicious but I returned to buy 4 boxes of food for my family the other day All boxes were disappointing The falafel was small and greasy, all the humus was a wisker away from being off. The salads looked messy and very wet. None of us enjoyed our snack which was a shame and everyone commented on the fizzy effects of the humus. When I went in to order I was really shocked at how it all seemed very messy and questionably clean. It may have been clean but was too messy to reflect that. On a previous visit to the Clifton branch I also noticed the odd taste of the humus. Humus might be a product that is sensitive to handling. I hope this comment might inform so as to remind the company that they have been great and could improve to reflect the service that they are...

Probably it's one of the best falafel shops around. Freshly prepared and tasty! Good selection of salads and competitive prices It's almost a must when I pass by, yet during my last visit in Gloucester Road, I was I little disappointed. I bought 2 X 10 Pcs boxes of falafels with hummus, some pittas bread and drinks. When I got to destination, the 2 "plastic boxes" where completely melted because of the heat from the hot falafels and we couldn't split the two containers. It's not really inviting when you are going to meet with people and the food you brought looks like that. Surely Iam not the first one to which it is happened this, if not probably it would be a good idea to start to look to packaging alternatives. Hopefully it won't happen again!

After this review and feedback, I am craving for some of your hot falafels (without the...

Are you vegan? Then go here are you veggie? Then definitely go here Are you a carnivore that wouldn't dream of eating anything that didn't contain meat of some description? You should definitely go here. You'll be surprised. The most amazing falafel you've ever had even if you're a die hard meat eater you should try this place out it is amazing. The pittas are huge you'll struggle to eat a large one nice range of filings and sauces but the falafels are the best I've had. The staff were great - quick and efficient yet took the time to explain all the different fillings to my daughter. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Seriously go get a pitta you won't regret it Honestly Stop reading this and go...

Falafel and loads of different salads. There are various options, a wide range of salad items, hummous, flatbreads etc. Guys working there friendly and helpful and I found it was very good value for money. There’s a seating area upstairs. Apparently the boxes that look like plastic are actually biodegradable. I went for a box costing £6, I think it would have fed two. I took half away with me anyway as I was full. You could always add other items, such as three falafel with hummous for £1.50.

Falfel was amazing. I had a regular falafel in pita with a bit of everything. You need a fork for it which is provided. I didn't like the every thing bit as it took the nice taste of falafel into a sea of irrelevant tastes. Next time i will have it with hummus pickles and tahini sauce. Seating area was ok, up stairs with a bathroom
