Chips good afwal soggy I remember why I hate KFC chips always terrible 🙄 burger was mid at best I always remember zinger burgers being much better, ordered hot wing that are always good and thier spicy supercharger mayo that changes the game a bit. Other thing I didn't like was the fact that I ordered from the machine and by the time I got to the counter my order was ready, not really sure how I fell about that it takes 30 seconds or less to walk from the machine to the counter and food ready?? 😕 also staff didn't look very happy the guy who give me the food no smile no thank you. He only cracked a smile when I said that I didn't want the drink so he can have it if he wants or give it to someone else 🤷🏻 fill like this place has gone down hill. Went today on my birthday, accidentally left my gift bag for 10 minutes. I came back to collect it and it was there and something had been stolen out of the gift bag. Asked the worker if anyone had seen it and she was hesitant to give a response then said no. There was then 3 girls about 14-16 sat across from the bag on other seats. I kindly asked them if they had see anyone take anything from my bag and they were so rude saying “maybe or maybe not we’ve seen something taken” I then left and decided to ring up the Cabot circus store and ask if they’ve seen anything. The worker was incredibly rude, used slang whilst talking to me and told me “can’t help innit” and nothing they can do to help me fin my stolen item.
