Bubbleology — Restaurant in Bristol

I recently visited Bubbleology at Cabot Circus in Bristol and was impressed with the variety of milk and fruit teas, create-your-own brews, coffee varieties, and innovative range of bubble tea fizzes and indulgent specials. I was served by Shalini, and provided exceptional customer service, as she was knowledgeable about the different tea options and helped me customize my order to perfection. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable.

What I appreciated most about Bubbleology was the freshness and customization of their teas. As a vegetarian, I also appreciated that all the teas are 100% vegetarian and that alternative milk options are available. I’ve been standing in line for 15 minutes with about half a dozen people behind me watching two women bustle about, busy doing /something/ but definitely not taking orders, they haven’t even looked at or acknowledged the real people in front of them much less offered an explanation for the delay, estimated wait time, apology for the delay. When I finally got to the counter one of them mumbled something about “deliveries” apparently they are prioritising these over actual in person customers. Eventually two men appeared, taking their sweet time to get their aprons on and get stuck in. When I finally got my drink it is warm with about four pieces of ice in it. Went here today at 20:30 as it was still open and they close at 21:00. My first time here.. very excited as I have tried a lot other boba shops in Bristol. Unfortunately the lady on her phone when we arrived said they don't have any tapioca anymore and I asked her why and she didn't respond at all but just a dissapointed face. I had a feeling she couldn't be bothered to cook new tapioca as they almost close in 30 minutes... well, after me there were a few other people wanting to order bubble tea.. so why not cook more tapioca. I have left but would love to come back and try it out. I would definitely not recommend anyone to come here in the evening 30 minutes before closing as they run out of things.
