Popped into Tesco café thinking it would be a quick and simple bite, but it turned into a bit of a headache. I ordered two jacket potatoes and one bowl of chips, nothing complicated, but after sitting there for 25 minutes the food finally came out and they only brought me one jacket potato and one bowl of chips. When I asked where the second jacket potato was, the staff member just said no, you only paid for one, even though I had clearly asked for two. At that point I just thought whatever, so I went back up and paid for the second one, which meant waiting another ten minutes for the chef to make it. They did give me another tea on the house, which was something at least. When the food finally came, the chips were cold, overcooked, and honestly just horrible. Couldn’t eat more than a couple. The jacket potato on the other hand was actually decent, proper good quality potato with a nice amount of cheese melted over it. Probably the only redeeming thing about the whole experience. What really put me off though was how dirty the place was. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in ages, and the tables were all sticky and full of crumbs. Just didn’t feel clean at all, which isn’t what you want when you’re eating out. I probably won’t be coming back any time soon. Shame really, because the jacket potato was nice and probably the best you’ll get in Bristol now that Sup U Like has closed, but the service, the chips, and the state of the café just ruined it.

Visited the reopened Cafe and ordered the Vegan Breakfest with Latte for £9. The food is good. The warmed butter is nice addition when comparing with my visit before reopening. The toast, as you can see is a bit overcooked but I will give it the benefit of doubt that this is only isolated incident. If there is anything to complain, that would be the knife is still not sharp enough. In fact it won't cut the vegan sausage at all. Other then that the dinning experience is good.

My visit to the Tesco cafe for "The Breakfast" was a solid experience. The hash browns were a definite highlight—perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. However, I found the toast to be a bit on the thin side. A thicker cut would have made a better pairing with the rest of the meal. Overall, it's a convenient and decent breakfast, and I'd likely have it again.

The food was the most basic of quality, the chicken salad wrap I could have made at home to a better standard, and I don't even count cooking as a key skill of mine. Very much feels like the kitchen works by taking the most cheap and basic products from the store itself and slaps together the most basic and bland items that's aren't worth what you pay for. There is nothing bad to say about the general staff from me, just a lack of enthusiasm or energy, but I wouldn't hold that against them since the job itself probably gives little to feel enthusiastic about, my best wishes to them. Overall, it feels like a cafe that was just left to be forgotten, with nothing to motivate you to stop by unless you simply don't have the patience to wait until you get home to make a better meal...

Terrible place!!!!!! Tesco just suck money from people. If you go and order pancakes, you receive not fresh them but from pack and for 2 pancakes you will pay 3.75£. If you order healthy option Avocado on toast and bacon, you receive guacamole not even fresh and definitely not even one small piece of fresh avocado and you will pay for it 3.95£. It's so a shame how tesco spoil them customer.. oh no,sorry they didn't.. they serve you a food which is not even natural for the price like in restaurant and not natural at all and from fast food packs. We just left food. I taked pictures and show to everyone on Facebook and we never come back or any other friend and family members. So a shame...
