Wingstop – Boneless Chicken & Fries

Tried Wingstop for the first time. It looked really promising, but the experience was a bit mixed.

The boneless chicken had a nice crunch, but the coating was on the dry side — my dad found it hard to chew. The lemon pepper flavour was very subtle, and we couldn’t really tell the difference between the lemon and plain pieces. The chips were okay, just nothing standout.

The real win of the meal was the honey mustard dip — really tasty and full of flavour. That was definitely our favourite part!

I ordered Wingstop through Deliveroo and just a quick note, when you order via Deliveroo, the food comes from the Wingstop Delivery-only location in Eastville, not the one in Cabot Circus.

That said, the food was still excellent. I got my usual BBQ chicken wings with honey mustard dip, always a fantastic combo. I also tried the Louisiana Rub chicken tenders, which paired perfectly with the ranch sauce. The delivery was quick, and everything arrived well-packed and fresh. Highly recommend.

Don't believe the hype. Honestly the worst takeaway I've ever ordered. The chicken is poor and tasteless. I've had better frozen chicken from ASDA. The dips are awful. Blue cheese dip barely tastes of blue cheese. And the boneless wings are white meat - pretty sure they aren't made from wing meat, otherwise it'd be darker. So so...
