It's ok because it's really compact and not enough signs of menu's as like other McDonald drive throughs I can imagine. However, this one has so many customers in the place and not much room to move around out of the way of other people ordering food and collecting their food. Also has quite alot of louts and deliveroo people taking up space and moaning to other deliveroo people in different languages hanging around and ruining a happy experience with kids I feel. Also the way the workers prepare their food I have seen alot of them touching their hair, faces, nose and other parts of their body (clothing) without wearing any kind of gloves with women wearing long painted nails which do have nasties under them. Has put me off a few times, but I can imagine nearly all McDonald restaurant's deal with food in this way. So not just this restaurant, I think? Food is McDonald's food as normal, but sometimes you'll get a really bad burger which has been so squished it's a pancake and not appealing. Also got hardly any lettuce and sauce in the burger's which then doesn't taste like it should do. Sometimes you might have a happy worker, but most times it's a miserable service. Could be cos they're so rushed off their feet, or maybe it's because there are so many horrible people out there nowadays that they've had a bad day with other customers being horrible... Who knows? I have found that the female workers are less happy than the male workers, whereas they are more miserable and always ready to have a comment which are quite rude when asked a question. Sometimes it's a quick service through the drive through, but mostly packed with drivers having to take up space where people are trying to get to KFC which it just across from this McDonald's... Not much room. They have security but kids nowadays cause so much trouble and be able to get away with it, they just stay outside and chat to people they know and cos we live in this leave the kids alone nonsense day's, they can't really do anything except try to move them on incase the security people get into trouble for telling off a kid! Read moreOne of the worst experience in my McDonalds history. The Moscow one was far better and the team was friendly. Here I’m turned up with my two kids. One with a midi motor, one with a bike and I with a four wheeled board. Try to communicate with the ordering booth but they pretend they couldn’t hear some words. Then thought maybe the ordering post faulty so went to the other one. They not even intend to start communicating. We were waited about two minutes then walked forward to the pay booth, when she said she not aloud to serve “bikes”. She don’t have to serve bikes, she have to serve the customers. And I wasn’t with a bike. It was a vehicle with four wheels and engine so it’s similar as a car. But I cannot take the petrol powered board either inside so HOW YOU PLANNED TO SERVING US!???? We can’t lock a board anywhere like a bike. But looks like they served a long wheel base van which mounted the kerb on every corner nearly bending the fence. Even the customer behind us was outraged as how on earth they didn’t served as as my vehicle wasn’t a bike. When they finally served the food, two of the burgers was far away from minimum quality expected(see pics), or shown on any of the displayed pictures. So not just the customer service but the food deserves 0 star today. Sadly I cannot give zero stars as the minimum is one. So guys, next time try to serve the customer with different manner either arriving, bike, car, plane, helicopter or anything else. Read moreI paid the best part of £23 for my food which was basically inedible in every way from being so cold the food was stiff, to the drinks spilling and destroying the rest and all I had in a refund is £1.11. The service I was provided was simply unacceptable. I paid for delivery, the worker was rude and basically ran away - most likely because he already knew the state of the food. The ice creams weren't even melted - they were liquidated, so again inedible. The fries were soggy and cold. The burgers were cold and had largely cut onions in it, even though I specifically asked to go without in one. The chicken didn't come with the sweet curry sauces as asked and again, were cold. The large coke I paid for may as well have been a small with the amount that was tipped out of it, not to mention the mess it made on my carpet as I was given no warning of the bags condition. And the mozzarella sticks were rock solid and cold with no salsa as requested. I am still waiting for my next reply to my message about the terrible help I received with this. I tried to contact again and now you're telling me I should have reported the problem 48 hours ago when in actual fact, I reported it minutes after receiving my order.
