Bad customer services from the management if I could give a minus rating I would but I can't so I begrudgingly have to give 1*. I had a very bad experience with the McDonald's in asda Bedminster I brought a chickenmayo berger and chips and as I was waiting for my order my chickenmayo burger arrived on the conveyer belt and started to unwrap out of its packageing as it reached the end of the convayer belt it was no longer in any packageing and was flipping over and over aimlessly until a member of staff felt sorry for it and helped it back into its wrapping and brought it over and called out my order number. to my shock and horror I called for the management to tell him what had happened and I asked him for a new order he replied to me and said no there is nothing wrong with this one "I will not replace the burger I will lose out on money. eat the burger or I will give you your money back and then band me from the store so no I'm not a satisfied...
Read moreThis is one of the slowest, most disorganised and poor quality control I have ever seen in a McDonald's. Staff spend more time talking then paying attention to what they are doing. Fries station is a mess, more stock being thrown out than being served, food is prepped and then sits around for 10+ minutes before being bagged. After spending 20 minutes waiting for our food, we gave up and went to the till to ask for a refund, only to have a manager tells us we had only ordered 2 minutes prior! Our receipt showed we had ordered over 20 minutes before and they claimed their receipts said different, unfortunately they were reading the wrong thing! So not only are staff poorly trained but management is also below par. HQ needs to send a mystery shopper down to this place and get this place checked, cause this falls well below...

The physical restaurant is clean and modern.
The drive through can be busy but provides a reasonably fast service.
Orders can get messed up so check before driving away.
I generally have a poor experience getting a delivery though.
My last delivery turned up over an hour after I placed the order online.
The food was lukewarm. I can only reason it had been in transit longer than necessary.
I had two drinks, the first, a coke had no ice or fizz. The second turned up half full, lid off. No straws.
The ice-cream had been soaked with some of the missing second drink.
Judging by McDonald's repeatedly standard quality I can only assume my meal was spoiled in transit.
