Parsons — Restaurant in Bristol

This was the worst experience I have had in any Parsons Bakery! I was stood there 10 minutes, baguette in hand, while the 2 staff members of staff both made coffees and bacon baguettes.

When one of the women came to the counter I told her I was merely trying to pay for my baguette and she told me she was too busy making drinks to let me pay (which would have taken 10 seconds if that)! The shop was not even busy! I then let her know how bad the food quality is (as it genuinely is really bad quality, the only reason anyone goes there is because its SUPPOSED to be cheap & quick), and then left the food and walked out without purchasing anything.

This incident happened on 13/04/2023 at around 10.10am, the staff member who was so extremely rude was a large ish ginger woman.

Really not what I expect from a Parsons bakery, I then chose to spend my money at Greggs instead which took no more than 60 seconds from me entering to leaving...

I was served by an incredibly rude and unprofessional barista today (young blonde girl).

She was very curt and actively rushed my partner and I to make an order despite no one else being in the queue. We then sat on an outside table under the awning to avoid the rain, and before we had finished our drinks the aforementioned barista rolled the awning back up using a button indoors, leaving us in the rain.

When I went inside to ask for her to put it back down as we weren’t finished, she rudely stated ‘I’m closing the outside area’. On every other occasion I have visited, a far more polite member of staff informs the customers that the area will be closing in 30/20/15 minutes beforehand, and certainly does not treat paying customers with...

In this case, low price means really low quality. I bought a Danish sweet, lardy cake, pain au chocolat, and coffee to enjoy my morning in the park.

Danish sweet was just too sweet and was killing the whole taste of the cake. Lardy cake was just alright and nothing special. Pain au chocolat was awful and it looked like bread under hydraulic press. Coffee? Just bitter without any pleasure taste.

I love trying different bakeries, but this is definitely the worst "bakery" in Bristol which I've ever visited. I didn't expect too much after looking at the price in shop, but it was just worse than I...
