Worst take-away in Bristol

Went to collect my food this evening and was given one container of food (pictured above) the long haired employee asked me to swipe collect on the app, I was left thinking where is the rest of the food as he only gave me one small tub. My partner returned into the restaurant immediately and questioned the presentation and what the food actually contains as there was no labels and the employee didn’t explain what the food is. My partner raised the issue that this was meant to be £13.50 worth of food. The employee couldn’t give any justification and stared blankly. The employee didn’t give any alternative option and refused to replace the food. In the end my partner left the food in the empty restaurant.

Unhappy Sunday unfortunately.. We work hard to enjoy with family on the weekends then choose some of our country’s home food but the frustration was big, first of all.. the typical Brazilian soft drink was missing, which is guaraná and no natural juice available. The buffet had a very bad presentation, plus nothing there was fresh food. There was a lot of bad things, dirty cups, missing cutlery.. confused of what to do as no staff helped when entering and ordering.. the sausages seemed raw and the beef/meet seemed like it was microwaved from the day before.

I am not doing the to criticise the business but to help and for you guys find something you’re good at as it’s obvious...

Such a shame as we had a lovely time but we were told out bill was £45 then found out we were charged £69… when I called (thinking that it was a honest mistake) i was lied to, being told it was a service charge.. which i know is not true as my husband had gone there just to days ago and ordered the same thing and only paid around £20 (for him self) such a shame as we planed to take more friends and family there but now will not as as our money was deceitfully taken, i will not be recommending or coming here again.. i hope the extra £20 was worth it.. such a shame. Please do not continue this behaviour...
