I took a friend into town for lunch. We didn't have anywhere particular in mind. He asked me what I fancied, I said lamb. I then googled lamb near me & The Real Greek was on the list. I've always enjoyed Greek food, so I suggested we try it out. It was pretty busy but we got a table right away. The staff were really nice and friendly. We sat down & I couldn't decide between the lamb skewer & lamb meatballs, so ordered both with a portion of chips. My frien went for the prawns, with a side salad & chips. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. It was presented beautifully when it arrived. My 1st taste was of the meatballs & they were gorgeous. The chops too, were fantastic. The 2st bit of lamb on the skewer tasted amazing but it was a bit grissly. Fortunately it was just that one piece. My friend was bowled over. It was his 1st Greek food experience & he was amazed at how tasty everything was. He's keen to go back regularly now, as am I. With a soft drink each, the bill was just under £54, which isn't bad value. We will definitely be going again in the not too distant future. A full 5 star review, as...

Ordered through uber eats. Arrived over 90 minutes later, most of the order was missing. Called and spoke to the restaurant and got through to a male member of staff who didn't offer to fix the situation in anyway. I had to ask him if he would prepare the order again. No attempt to be helpful or apologetic. The restaurant doesn't have delivery drivers so resolve the issue we agreed to order a lemonade and pay the delivery fee again on the assurance the missing items would be included. The next order arrived and was still missing two items. The male member of staff then blamed the delivery driver. I'm afraid I just don't believe this at all and find the lack of effort to resolve the situation or at least apologise without having to be prompted quite disappointing. Bad customer service and displaying what seems to be either total incompetence or spite. Don't recommend ordering here. A shame because the few items that arrived were nice. The restaurant has been let down by the response of their staff in...

Visited with my partner on bank holiday monday for dinner and wasn't very impressed. We were told quite a few menu items were unavailable which was a bit of a let down but we thought ok never mind. I should also mention that the restaurant was pretty much empty. We ordered one of the set menus, the food came out and most of the dishes were bland - apart from the popcorn hallumi which I would highly recommend. No one came to see if the food was OK, or to see if we wanted more drinks. We sat for ages after we had finished our food waiting for a waiter to come and ask if we wanted the bill or desert and no one came, we probably sat there for half and hour with empty plates and glasses and in the end we had to call someone over, they just gave us a bill without asking how the food was or if we wanted desert and we paid and left. I dont think we will be going back and I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately, which I'm quite sad about because I really wanted to like it as I...

We had the meze for 2 to share and it was lovely! Kids had the chicken wraps, which were devoured in no time. The meze came on 2 of these multi level trays, one for cold and one for hot. They say it's enough for two people, but we think it'll feed 3 very easily! The Greek coffee was really nice. Not one thing we ate or drank was mediocre. Service was exceptional, and the price for everything was lower than we expected. Tips go straight to the waiters/waitresses and they can only take cash. We unfortunately did not have much with us, but we know for next time! Also worth stating that kids eat free on Sundays!

Chain Greek restaurant in Cabot Circus with over friendly staff. Food was nice from the lunchtime menu which is all meze dishes. No proper meals. Our flat bread and dips came out the when we were only half way through, they brought out the next course. We felt very rushed. Then whilst eating our second course we were asked if we liked our meals by 3 different staff all within 30 seconds...very annoying. Our meals and 1 pint came to £27 which was a bit pricey considering we were still hungry. We gave it 3 stars because of the persistent asking and the price.

Bright and fresh venue with huge menu and separate vegan menu. Great for vegetarians as even the set meals have veggie options on all plates. We had one of the set menu options with 8 dishes to sharevbetween two (down the right of the menu). This was a very fair price and filling - good quality, tasty food. Think houmous, flatbread, falafel, grilled aubergine and of course halloumi! Plenty of meaty options too, like lamb meatballs. We found staff were friendly and attentive, and there was live Greek music when we visited which was great!
