Greggs — Restaurant in Broxbourne

There is so many problems with this Greggs friendship from not having enough stock to go on until 7:00 store closes before 7:00 the hot plate never has enough on it the counters EKA sausage rolls they never stock up on enough cakes this branch is a nightmare plus a broken door this branch is only been open since December the 1st in this location and have messed up on so many occasions you would think because it's a new store bigger location they'll be looking after their customers making sure it's stocked up and stays open the right time

Now they don't even care about health Safety they're putting tables outside but without the Barrier is a cross I nearly saw someone trip That's how dangerous this is Elderly or other This is very dangerous This is been going on for while and still haven't fixed problem

And don't trust their hot plate because you don't know how long it's been on they're we in they're my Stepdad got me something from they're hot plate and it was cold this Greggs is the worst in the area Moving from one store to the other. You would think by now. The store would pick up if they had any stock I can see this Greggs closing down its not make much Profit unless Head office can come up with a plan To turn this around and my mind around at the moment is the worst Greggs in Hertfordshire you go to all the other ones And they've got the full range so comes...

Went in at 9.45am to get some breakfast, I was told that they had run out of bacon and sausages and would have to wait 15 minutes for a sausages in a roll so I ordered along with a latte. The guy that served me said he would get my latte while I waited, he then went on to do the bins after 5 minutes I had to ask for my coffee which had been sitting at the machine. During my wait I noticed how dirty the store was, it looked like the shop floor, windows and display cabinets (where fresh sausage rolls etc are kept) had not been cleaned since the previous day. I was unimpressed by the state of the store overall. My server carried on doing the rubbish. Only a couple of customers came in during this time both asking for vegetarian sausage rolls and were told they hadn't had any delivered so they left. Once the sausages were done he went straight over to make my roll and I cannot be certain but I'm pretty sure he didnt wash his hands. I finally left 20 minutes later. This store is very small and there were 3 employees that I could see so I dont get why they were not on top of fresh cooked food supply or the cleanliness of the store. This is the first time that I have every been unhappy in any Gregg's that I have visited over the years. I wont be going back...

Well, where to start? Been here 2 times. The first time I thought they were having a bad day cuz customer service was poor or inexistent so I thought to give it a second go and went again... If you want hot food from here forget about it. First of all I order to the lady loud and clear enough and she still not hear me like I was speaking another language and even reply to me "what?"...I've been there just before 9am and were served cold cheese and bacon wrap.. when I asked the lady that were serving me why it's not hot she said to prevent bacteria on the shelves so they don't keep the food hot there... I asked if she could warm it up for me she said she was not allowed to... the fact is that this bacon and cheese gave me a massive heartburn. I didn't even asked for a drink because last time they gave me a latte filled up right up to the top that I almost drop hot on me and couldn't even drink it for the first 15mins! Resume, wasted 5 pounds for rubbish! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN and believe me you got better options around in the area, do not need to waste your money here if you want to be served properly. The store is also...
