Domino's Pizza - Burnley — Restaurant in Burnley

I placed an order for a couple of pizzas yesterday, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The delivery was significantly delayed, and when the pizzas arrived, they were both cold and undercooked, with missing ingredients.

I called the store and spoke to a manager named 'Usma', who seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. Despite describing the situation, her tone quickly shifted to one of indifference, and she appeared to be in a rush to end the conversation.

As a customer, especially when ordering for a family, it is incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service, particularly when the food arrives in an unacceptable condition. The time and effort required to address the issue is not something one should have to endure, especially when dealing with kids at home.

I have ordered from this store before and had a positive experience, but this incident has caused me to reconsider future orders. I strongly believe this management needs to be addressed to ensure better service...

Processed an order over just eat, never had a problem before but did experience a crappy experience last night when we was made to wait 2hours for our food! The app said it had been delivered when it wasnt, rang the site 5 times asking where our food was and was told it will be there soon, he will be with you shortly. Never even turned up did he, wont be using this place again after this.. food turned up cold anyways wasnt enjoyable one bit, waste of over 30quid! Given freebies which where cold and not needed as went straight in the bin, no refund offered for waiting 2hours for food that should of been with us within an hour. Wouldnt of even given them 1 star, thats being generous. Was then told the food arrived back to them cold so they have made a new batch up fresh for us and even that was cold...

Ordered my food for picking up (2 pizzas). Recieved message saying it was ready for picking up. When I arrived they'd only cooked one. No one explained that they'd messed up they simply started making the second pizza and left me sat there to wait for another 20 minutes. No explanation, no apology. By the time they gave me my food, the first pizza (which had been sat there for 25 minutes) had gone cold. They tried to make up for it by giving me two free sides, but I didn't want the sides. I simply wanted my food not being served cold. Poor food. Poor...
